Sorry for the "Paws"

Some lucky people are getting through as I am watching adrs disappear before my eyes.

I want to know how they are doing it!! This morning was my next block of ADRs and of course there it was... paws! I called and got what I wanted, but thats not the point, it's not a service if you can't use it:(
 
I was one of the lucky ones, I guess. My 180 days was this morning and I was on right at 6am and made all my ADRs for the times I wanted (we're heavy TS people, so 20 ADRs in total). It took me 45 minutes and I did get the paws popup 2 or 3 times, but each time it went away when I retried.
 
thats awesome!!! my 180 days is today, too! i was on a little after 6 to try... and kept getting the message. BUT only for later in the trip. I could book one for the first day of my trip, but nothing after. SO strange!! i called and got what i wanted... but, wasn't expecting to be on the phone at 7 AM HAHAHA
 
This is what I got:

To me this means, they can't or don't know how to help me. Very disappointing!:upsidedow:worried:
 

I just don't understand why it is working for some people. I have tried multiple devices and browsers and get the evil paws every time. Aaaah such magic! Lol
 
I can book BOG and several others for 180+10 now 180+11 but I can't book tusker house or Ohana....keep getting PAWS message. I called dining and they could not book it either. Today I was able to book a BOG for Oct 3rd but I still could not book Tusker House or Ohana on Oct 2nd and neither could the CM. Called the helpdesk and he could not give me any info but said this is a known issue. I guess I'll have to book those on the actual 180 days out with the rest of the masses.
 
Still happening. I now can see Oct 2nd, 3rd, 4th but can only book select restaurants. It's funny that BOG is one that I have not problem booking but cannot book Fantasmic package for H&V, or Ohana, or Tusker for any of those days. My trip starts on Sep 22. I could book Ohana for the Oct 1st which is the 11th day of the trip. Maybe those restaurants will start opening up closer to their true 180-day marks? I can see times but I get sorry for the paws still. The Fantasmic Dinner package for H&V will let me go all the way to the point of clicking reserve but then it gives a red lettered error that says call Dining hotline. I called and they cannot book them either.......

Yes, I am having trouble getting Hoop Dee Doo Revue also for October. I cannot book it online nor can they book it on the phone. Take this with a grain of salt as you know how reliable phone CM are, but the last lady said she thought it had to do with the calendar dates. She said she was not seeing the dates yet for October being fixed for HHDR. ??? I don't know, I'll just keep trying I guess.

I don't understand how it can show availability over and over again. It's like they list the times but I'm locked out.
 
I had a terrible day with that darn "Sorry for the Paws" Message.

Got up at 5:45 and unable to book anything past day 180. My onsite stay dates are highlighted. I can click on them and see availability. Every time I tried to book something I got that awful message. I used to love Lady and the Tramp. :faint:

Spent 40 minutes trying to trouble shoot. Changed browsers. Signed out and back in. Cleared Cookies. Checked to make sure I was only listed as the lead in MDE and not in friends and family. We have no split stay. I read this thread through and still could not get anything to book. Slowly watched all the H&V Fantasmic dinner packages disappear.

Finally called at 7. No Fantasmic dinner packages left. No CRT dinner left. Had to book alternatives.

Called Tech Support. They have no idea. From their end, they could "view it like I see it" and they could book. They put in a ticket.

Checked online several times. Finally, a Fantasmic dinner package appeared! I called. From the time I was on hold to the time the CM answered, there was no more availability. I felt ill. :sick:

Checked again later. Another one appeared. I called again. I was finally able to get two separate ressies- one for a party of 4 and 1 for a party of 1 since we are a party of 5.

Pretty much an all day hassle. Still can't book anything more than 180 days in advance, so if a CRT becomes available I have to call again, probably as it disappears while I am on hold.

I did get an email from Tech Support responding to my request to reset a password (???).

Anyone else found anything that worked to fix this problem? I tried on a Mac. I tried on a Windows Machine. I have tried everything I know.

It may be no coincidence that the first two letters of my package confirmation number are FU.
 
Just was able to book my ADR for October Hoop Dee Doo, anyone have October problems try now! It just started working after Disney replied to my email. Good luck!
