Good morning things! My favorite time of the day is now. The kids are sleeping, the coffee is hot and I'm quietly sipping while on the DIS. AHHH, Heaven.

Morning, map the route for me.

Good Saturday Evening Post

Hope the weekend is going well.

Good evening, all! We spent the day at Barney's swim meet. It was hotter than the hinges of Hades, but the swimming was good. Now, it's time for a nice tall glass of wine. How about you?

Judi - I never have told you how much I enjoy your chicken picture. It's a stitch! It keeps my flipping turkey company which is a good thing because you can't trust a flipping turkey on it's own.

Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend!

We had a fabulous lunch today at the restaurant in the Bass Pro Shop. I had a delicious crab cake sandwich and Mark tried a buffalo burger for the first time. If you didn't know it was buffalo you wouldn't think any different and it was quite tasty too. It was a fun way to spend an afternoon. Mark's not in to hunting or fishing (he golfs) but I always enjoy walking around looking at all the neat things in that store.

I hope you all enjoyed your Saturday.

Good Sunday Morning

:worship: to Mr. Judi.. I'm :surfweb: via generator. :lmao:

They moved the smilies, again.

Morning, hags!

We are going to church today! We ain't been in a coon's age. My kids are heathens though, time for a little religion.

What are you girls up to?

Judi that is one crazy cat!

Tricia, I love Bass pro shop! I didn't realize there was a restaurant in there though! But I have not been in a long time! Did you ever read Utahmama's picture trip to that place? She called it the Redneck Disneyland. It was so funny!

Good morning Sassys! Chicago was a blast even though we came home earlier than anticipated because my grandma was getting really tired. She wouldn't say anything, but I could tell. We went to Field Museum and Navy Pier and had dinner at Bubba Gump's. It was good, but next time we are going to eat at the Rainforest Cafe.

Yeah for Mr. Judi and getting his priorities straight! Generators are for computers, fridges and lights, in that order.:lmao:

Bonnie, its about time you got to church. I wonder if they'll even let you in.:confused3

Morning

How many posts to the gal. will I get :confused3
Becca can you get any info on our power issue up here? CE is telling me 11pm, but I have no idea how many are without power.

Bonnie, enjoy Church.

Glad you had a swell time in the windy city. How was the weather there?

I can't find squat on your power outage. Maybe its just you.:confused3 Because of mom are you on the more urgent list? I know when my nephew came home from the hospital they were put on the list since he was dependent on oxygen and monitors.

The weather in Chicago was nice, it rained just a bit but not too bad.

Good morning sassies. I'm just getting back from Church. I think today will be a do nothing kind of day. I bought some steaks at Sam's last week so Mark can throw those on the grill for us. Chilling and DISing is the order of the day.

Judi I'm glad you are able to have computer time. How's Mom been feeling?

Becca I'd love to go to a Bubba Gump's but we don't have any around these parts. :confused3 What did you order or should I assume it was shrimp?

Bonnie I hope you have a nice and spiritual day at Church today. We go every week. If it were up to the kids they'd love not to go but we do anyway.

Thanks for checkin Becca. Up here we don't get much in the way of weekend news. No special list up here.

Happy Day to ya Tricia.

Instant coffee is not on my favorite things list. :sad2:

Hey, hags! Back from Church, it was good. Yes, Becca, they DID let me in...neener neener!! :) I went to two of the three meetings, the middle one (Sunday school) I ditched and went to Five Guys. Shhhh! :ssst: dont' tell my girls! I saw one of the parents from my preschool there, so we had a nice little chat!

Yay!! Glad you had fun in Chicago! Are you ever gonna try that one restaurant where they make fun of you and stuff? That place sounds fun! But RFC is always a toot! I would totally go there too.

Thanks Tricia! I did have a nice time at church...did you? My kids do not like to go, but they survived! :rotfl:
I HAVE POWER well my house does anyway. :yay: :dance3: :cheer2:

Hooray, Judi has power!! :cheer2: Congrats, Judi! Hope you're having a great day.

Good evening!

Tricia, I did have shrimp! I can't believe you don't have a Bubba Gumps near you of all places. We don't have any near us either, just Chicago. My grandma ate at one on the ocean in Hawaii, now that sounds wonderful!

Bonnie, I have eaten at Ed Debevics before. Its really fun, but the boys want to go to the RFC next time. I'm glad they let you into church, you needed to go.;)

Judi, glad your power has been restored! Its cold here today, weird summer if you ask me!

Cole got a lick your elbow e-mail. I told her your boys tried it. She said are they blondes too? ;)
