Hi Kari! When you find the time, can you make these for Faith & Hope? No rush, we are going in May! I'm still learning Photoshop (or should I say, I am trying to beat up my computer)!!

I am still missing a step with trying to cut a mickey head out of a picture. i've got it down with the letters now. But how do I get the head cut out? Do I open it in PS and then drag it up on the picture? Do I start with a blank page or with the background photo? I've confused myself and jsut don't have the understanding yet!!

Thanks for all of your help!! After doing this all day , my brain isn't functioning!

Are you trying to fill the mickey head with a picture? You need to have your image in one layer and your shape without a background in the layer beneath it. Then on the image layer in the Layer menu click on "group with previous". Hope that helps. Once you do it a couple times it's really simple but it takes awhile to get the hang of the layers. At least it did for me.

When you have time I would love to have this one with the name Savanah. I would also love to have your new Mickey one with The Crockett Girls Vacation instead of The Smith Family Vacation. Thanks so much!!!

Kari Mel here --the one who wanted the red removed from the pirate mickey heads of Ryan Andrew Rebecca and Melanie ---I made the mistake of showing the kids your site --which is great by the way . Now they want to choose there own design,,,oh well so much for my idea eh! Thanks for doing the designs anyway and I will keep a copy in my scrap book .

Kari Mel here --the one who wanted the red removed from the pirate mickey heads of Ryan Andrew Rebecca and Melanie ---I made the mistake of showing the kids your site --which is great by the way . Now they want to choose there own design,,,oh well so much for my idea eh! Thanks for doing the designs anyway and I will keep a copy in my scrap book .

I just went to remove the background for you and it seems I created this design in my early days of designing when I did not yet quite understand the importance of layers.

Sad to say that the mickey head, swords and the red background are all on one layer and cannot be easily separated. I tried some quick ways to remove the red but unfortunately they blend with the gray and I'm afraid I would have to recreate the design which could be upwards of 45 minutes in searching for all the elements of the design, etc.

This is my longwinded way of saying I fear that if you don't want the red background you'll need to print the design as is and cut around the mickey head ironing on only that part of the design. I'm really sorry I couldn't do this for you especially when I made you wait so long for it.

So, anything else you need customized?
