If you have the plain black head (no ears) am going to delete all the black and put it over a picture I like of AKL and then play around with it. I got a bit of a sphere look in photo impact and Jim (DH) just ordered a dummy book for me (and him) for using PE6. so between the two of them, I am determined to figure it out before May.

So all I need now is a plain black head without the ears (or with them & I will chop them off) so I can make an overlay for the picture. Make sense?

Kari I just printed out the pic and you are right it doesn't look good on grey or white (without the red background) so please don't go to the trouble and work of redesigning the pics---I'm going back to the drawing board and going to try to figure out something else,,
the thing is they really like just white or grey shirts, ,lol. thanks --I'm off to look at your collection.

A plain black head without ears is a circle right? Just in case this is what you mean here is a circle. If this isn't what you mean I have some blank mickey heads in my photobucket in the blanks folder so one of those should work. Hope this helps you. In PSE to get a circle you could go to your layers pallete and select "shapes" in the left drop down box. In the right drop down box select "shapes too. Then select the circle and hit "apply" and tada! You'll have a circle. I think you use Photoimpact more though and I'm not sure how you get a circle in there...

Not only do I not know how to do circles in photo impact, if I want to crop something, I crop it in PSE and then work on it in Photo Impact. I am computer challenged to say the least.
THanks, I copied the circle. I will work on it in the next few weeks. I found black Mickey ears on the cruise line clip art thread (they make them to go over the door window). So here's hoping it works. Penny

Mind if i offer some advice Bababear50? Use a lint brush on the shirt prior to putting your transfer on, especially when you're using a white shirt. I didn't for a couple of mine and the lint gets melted into the shirt with the transfer and will show. The transfer paper instructions i had didn't say to do this, but it would have been helpful to know before i started (i'm new to this too! ). Have fun with it!!

I also debated about using a different font. This is what I ended up doing. Hope it's ok.

Hi Kari! When you find the time, can you make these for Faith & Hope? No rush, we are going in May! I'm still learning Photoshop (or should I say, I am trying to beat up my computer)!!

I am still missing a step with trying to cut a mickey head out of a picture. i've got it down with the letters now. But how do I get the head cut out? Do I open it in PS and then drag it up on the picture? Do I start with a blank page or with the background photo? I've confused myself and jsut don't have the understanding yet!!
