Hi guys! Thanks to all the wisdom and knowledge ive pumped from everyone on these boards, ive decided im finally ready to make my rpr room request for april 28-may4 visit. Whats the best way to go about doing that? should i call and have it added to the reservation? modify my online reservation to show the room request? email it to the hotel? fax it to the hotel? and when is the best time to do it? I dont want to wait too late, but I dont want to send it in too early either. Thanks in advance for the help!!!

do it now and every way you can. i added it later on and faxed it, but my fax went to the business center, not the front desk. you're best bet is to call them directly.

Yes! Absolutely call and add it to the reservation. They do note it and I have always received my requests. I do not get room specific, but area specific like close to boat launch or pool view etc...

Also mention your request at check in. They are very accommodating.
