Remy Passholder Preview

Question: For those of you who called for a time did you get an e-mail? For those who were able to sign up is it showing in your MDE? I'm trying to figure out what proof I need other than someone telling me a time and day. LOL
I did not nor did my dd get the email.
I did get it for the Toy Story AP preview.
I have email confirmation.
It is not showing in my account. Yet , I’ll come back if it does.

I got a response on chat after 5.5 hours that the CM reached out to the “support team” & they’ll look into & I’ll get a confirmation email if they can resolve it. Ugh! Why is there so much inconsistency! I was able to make passes for myself & DH but not DS (3) who is under my mde & has an AP. I don’t understand why they couldn’t fix it in the chat like others have said 🙄.
That doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. It probably depends on the cm but it shouldn’t be that way

We enrolled via link, and it is not showing up in MDE.

You will probably need to call VIPassholder Support to obtain your order/registration number as proof.

Passholder Preview--Epcot

For anyone who has been to a passholder preview for a different ride, how does it work? Do you ride once during your allotted time or multiple times if there is time? I’m just curious about the process.

.
I’m gonna lose my mind if they don’t give me the extra spot for DS! Disney is such a huge mess with everything they do right now. It’s really disappointing!

I am absolutely positive they’ll give the OK for your son to ride with you. If the guest experience team can add friends & family members who didn’t show up on ROTR boarding groups they can sure add 1 little person who won’t even take up any space for crying out loud. I’m sorry, I know this is all so ridiculous too.

Wow, that is a great question! I have only been to the Galaxy’s Edge which was the whole land & not just 1 ride. We were able to stay there as long as we wanted. But for just one ride, I wonder what will happen?

I’ve been to previews (but I think they were cm previews) of EE and New Fantasyland and I really don’t remember. I vaguely remember dh riding EE twice because I waited to see what the rest thought before I ventured on it. But there’s no telling what the process will be for this preview.

Great, thank you! I guess time will tell…

I finally received a chat response at 6:06am asking if I still needed assistance. I had to select "Yes" or "No". I selected "Yes" and reentered my message from yesterday. I am still waiting for a response..... it is not even showing as "read" like it did yesterday.
Looks like I am just going to have to give up.

We were lucky to attend both DVC and AP previews of Pandora. Although there was a specific time for us to enter, we could stay as long as we wanted and ride as many times as we wanted (one of our previews was at the end of the day, so we had to leave when the park closed). We rode FoP six times during those two previews!

I received my email confirmation and it states I need a park reservation for Epcot on the date of the preview. My time is 7-8pm and I was hoping to be at AK that day. Do you think I will be able to hop to Epcot?

Wow, that’s awesome! I hope this is similar.

We only went to GE opening, but I believe we were able to ride MFSR more than once. However, preview times were in 4-hour blocks due to it being an entire area rather than a single ride. I think that we will only be able to ride one time since the preview is just for a ride and times were provided in 1-hour increments. That's just a guess though. Maybe I am wrong, and we can ride and ride and ride!!!pixiedust:

From the e-mail confirmation:
Registrations
  • Annual Passholders will not need to make a separate Theme Park reservation to enter EPCOT on the day of their preview. A Theme Park reservation for their registered preview date will be added to their My Disney Experience account and appear under "My Plans" within 72 hours of their registered preview date.
Disney is going to add a park reservation for EPCOT to your MDE before your preview date. We plan to go to HS the morning of our preview (which is in the afternoon). I may call next week to ask about this, since we already have a park reservation for HS in MDE for our preview date, and I don't want that to cause any kind of issue since they will be adding an EPCOT park reservation for that date, too. I will post what I find out. If anyone finds out before then, would you mind sharing info here? Thanks!

Update..... chat finally answered at 11:05am. So.... that means over 24 hours to attempt to resolve this!!!
Anyway... still no final answer.... after another 20 minutes I was told that it was being sent to the Escalation Team (Annual Pass holder team) and IF there is availability on my date/time I will receive an email to confirm and give the information for the preview. However, no timeframe as to when that email would show up!?

Will you ever be able to switch Woodie's tickets back to yours? My daughter and I actually have this same problem with "extra" tickets and we don't want Disney to accidentally use them. I never once thought to assign them to Woodie (although in my case it would probably be Meeko the Meowzer.....)
Yes! I do this all the time! I have a bunch stored under him when I found good prices a few years ago before they put shorter expiration dates on tickets. I've got 1 annual pass voucher, 7 day park hopper and an 8 day park hopper with water park all stored under his name that all have to be used by 2030. Real easy to go in and reassign the tickets! I find using a pet name to be best so they don't get confused in MDE.

Has anyone been able to escalate an add-on request for a guest with a AP certificate? This is a recovery pass
