Disney Rewards Question..... Please :)

I have one of the original Disney Visa cards.(15 or so years old) I have a small amount of rewards on it; not enough to request a redemption card.

I also have the new Inspire card. I have over the amount required for a redemption card.

I do not plan to use the original one again, however I do not want to cancel it because I have a $40K credit line and they will not move it all over to the new card.

So.... does anybody here have any experience with asking Chase if they will allow you to combine rewards from multiple cards and if so, what was the response?

Does the "Day One" card do Pay Yourself Back? If so, charge something eligible (something from the Disney store maybe? I'm not sure what qualifies) and use the rewards to PYB.
