Remember my 'Hug your Kid' post last week.....

I had posted last week that my husbands cousins 24 yr old daughter [Jessie] was killed in a car accident. Jessie was on my DH Fathers side of the family.

Now a different one of DH's cousins kids needs all the prayers that WISHers have to offer...... Austin/14 was in an accident with a four wheeler. He was on the 4-wheeler and was hit by a car. He is friends with my 14/son. Austin was not wearing a helmet. He was just crossing the street to work at a local farm. That was all it took. He is in critical condition with head injuries. OMG -- I hope he pulls thru this.

I will keep Austin on my prayer list. I'm so very sorry for this young boy and his family. It breaks my heart to hear of this.

Read it all and use the mailing lists. Especially the caregiver lists. They KNOW what they are talking about, they live it everyday.

My daughter had a TBI(tramatic brain injury) April 24, 1998 as a result of a car accident. The mailing lists were an absolute lifesaver for all of us.
