Refillable Souvenier Cups

I went to Disney a few years ago. At that time you could purchase a travel cup at the restaurant in the lobby and use it for unlimited refills during your stay. Are this cups still available? Do you know the current cost?

They are available in the food area of the resort. Last I knew they were about $13 a piece.
