Hi there! I also was having application loading issues on Android. After a little experimenting, I discovered that my location must be turned on. Also, if my wifi was faster than my mobile data, I needed to turn off mobile data.Yes I get an error message...I unistalled on both android phones and reinstalled same error. Was working up until the 2/11 Android app update...I emailed the techincal support after going through the basic troubleshooting steps. We will see!
As soon as I made these changes, everything worked perfectly. For reference, this was true on the Samsung S10+ and my new S21 ultra 5g .
