I use rotisserie chicken instead of canned and put in however much I want which is probably more than the recipe calls forIf you ever have a few spare minutes, could you share that recipe please? And thanks!

I don't know how it works now with Covid but the admit nurse will contact you and take care of things from there. The last time my mom needed Home Health to come in was in November 2019. She had been sick and in the hospital for a couple of days. At her age just a couple of days in bed made her so weak she needed rehab to get back up and running. She only had PT but they wanted her to have OT also but she said no. She also had an aide come in and assist with her shower until she could handle it on her own.Not sure if they will be sending an OT,PT person to the house or not. They did last time, but not sure how any of that works with Medicare.
Thinking back on that time I wonder if maybe she had Covid. That was before it became a common word here but I've heard that it was over here before we realized it. She had been admitted to the hospital because she couldn't breathe. I had gone on a girl's weekend in Oklahoma and she had what we thought was a cold for a couple of days. By Sunday morning she was having trouble breathing and DH took her to the hospital. The doctors said that they didn't know what was wrong, she didn't have pneumonia. She was on oxygen for a day or two and then began getting better.
I love their omelettes! I think that the name of the one I used to get was a country omelette but they don't have that particular one on the menu any more. So I do the create your own. I eat half and take the other half home for breakfast the next day. With that being said (lol), we are going to IHOP for breakfast, because DH wants pancakes, and I don't want to cook!
I'm thinking that I'm going to begin wearing a mask when I have to go out in public in a building. I have a friend whose husband has Covid and double pneumonia. Forgive me if I have already mentioned this to you. Both of them are vaccinated. He is holding his own but the doctors say that they have done all they can for him, if he is on 100% oxygen for too much longer they fear damage to his lungs. He is in ICU so that they can keep an eye on him. He eats and is alert, just can't breathe.Hugs, B&B, I sadly think staying home was the smart decision. Covid cases sure are spiking out herePlease stay safe friends!
Happy Saturday![]()
Then we get a message from church that the preschoolers Lou Lou's age may have been exposed to some with Covid at VBS. This person was around them only on Sunday evening and came down with the symptoms on Wednesday.
