Please tell me why I should get VMK pal.

It'll be fine. Some people claim it slows down your computer, but that's never been the case in my experience, and I've put it on three different computers. There is very little I can say about it that would be negative.

It won't hurt your computer,
It allows you to take pic of the screen
Manage codes(put them in and save them)
Save all your account names
Magnify the screen (helps with hidden mickeys)
Auto chat phrases

LOL That is just VMK... Anyways, there isn't really anything wrong with VMKPal.

it wont eat your computer, but you are risking a scripting ban by using it. Yavn already said that he could, and would, ban for use of it.

True about the ban issue. Personally, I would never use something created by a fellow player, but it's totally up to you.
Use caution! VMK has every right to ban players for using 3rd party software.

I refuse to get it just on the idea of putting my password in anywhere other than directly to a Disney site. Even if I don't save my password to it, I'm still putting my password through it, and it could very well log it and send it to the creator, putting me at risk.

I know everyone says that it doesn't hurt them, but I've heard one or two others say that rare items vanished from their accounts shortly after getting vmkpal.

I have pal and use it everyday. I have loads of rare items not as rare as some and as many as alot but enough and I have never had anything go missing because of "Pal" missing because of VMK yes but never "Pal".


I lost pumpkins when I was going to trade them I had six in my halloween storage room picked up three to trade, they all disappeared from the room but only 2 showed up in my inventory.

Being not up to par with scripting programs how does Pal fall into the scripting program category?

Think ShortKeys, with much much more. If ShortKeys is considered scrpting, then VMK Pal is a full fledged hacking program. - using VMKs way of thinking. And Yavn has said before that they would ban for VMKPal

I understand how shortkeys is scripting. I am sorry I do not understand how Pal is scripting or hacking.

Really not being obstinate just trying to understand why it is considered wrong.

I want to play it safe, VMKPal has short keys, short keys=scripting apparently so that equals a ban? @_@ I uninstalled it off both computers just to be safe.
True true, VMKPal is not the offical Disney VMK site log in.

Basically Mal, VMKPal has shortkeys within it. It also have several other little features such as moving the window (which modifies VMK scripts)

I use Pal for two reason one it moves the game to the center of my screen which makes VMK more enjoyable for me and two to take screen shots. I have never used the scripting part and to be honest did not even know it was there...shows how much I look around it.


I would be very upset if VMK banned people for using a wrap around that the only harm it does is it is not produced by Disney that is very sad.


If so many people enjoy VMK Pal and like using it my suggestion to Disney and VMK is to make their own version of it for players to use.

I am not a programmer but I would think it is a fairly basic thing to do and if it does not harm the game then why not??

If it does then I totally understand their not wanting people to use it.
