I wonder if they have enough evidence from the car's trunk to charge the mother with that poor babies murder even if they don't have a body? I really don't think she's still alive.

I was really hoping they were going to do something yesterday since she said Caylee would be home for her birthday. I was hoping that is when she would give them some information.

The other night Larry & I were talking about this and how Casey acts and we know someone who is crazy like her. That is sad. I hope the girl we know never has kids. I know that is cruel to say but I honestly fear that she could be one of these people. Thankfully she isn't into the partying scene but I still worry that she could end up like Casey some day.

I was thinking about little Caylee all day yesterday. Poor little sweetheart.
I just pray they find her save and sound, but I don't have a good feeling about this at all. :sad1:

The utube video made me cry:sad2: . Watching it I couldn't help but think of my daughter at that age. I will never understand any of this. My daughter was lost for about 5 minutes at Disney when she was 7 and I was out of my mind and so was DH. When we found her I remember how relieved and thankful I was.

Her excuses, i.e. if I tell who has her I'm afraid she will get hurt is just bull****. I just have to think about how the parents of Natalie, can't remember last name, who went missing in Aruba, were. Knocking on every door, pleading on the t.v. and press.

And with her dad being a former police officer, why would she be afraid to call the police?

I don't know even after everthing that has happen and been said a part of me still belives she is alive I don't know why or what but I do feel she is alive

there was a girl that was missing for along time I can't remember her name becuase I was little but she was kept in the basement for months maybe yrs again I don't remember but they found her alive so there is hope I know that's terrible to keep a little child locked up but it's better then her being died

Ok I have 3 questions

1:What is this invisible ink letter Casey wrote and what does it say ?

2:Where does Tony live could it be the ''close'' Casey was talking about ?

3:Has anyone interviewed Tony or searched his home ?

Casey asked Cindy for Tony's phone number (ok I think I would know my own bf # )

I just doing a little thinking over here

There have been a few over the yrs. There was one, must have been summer of 88 that I knew the neighbor of the guy that kidnapped her.
She was kidnapped from SC I believe and was held for a couple of months in a house near Augusta GA. I remember correctly the house was in Martinez.
Anyway the neighbor was a regular customer at the dry cleaners I worked at. The guy would lock the girl in the closet while he was at work. She got out, found a phone and either dialed the operator or 911. She had no idea where she was. Its been so long that I don't remember much of the details, but I do remember her kidnapper was married and had kids. the wife and kids were off visiting family out of the state for the summer.

that sounds right but they must have mentioned it in another case becuase I wasn't even born in 88

websleuths has some interesting photos posted of a possible father to Caylee (it's NOT the Mr Ortiz who was killed in a car accident, but a brother of one of Casey's friends). I see a really strong resemblance in the nose and mouth - even the left eye - between the photos of him and Caylee. I wish he would submit to DNA testing if there is even a possibility that he could be the father.

What are your thoughts about what really happened to Caylee?

I've sort of settled on what I think might have happened - but it's JMO though! And it usually changes with every local news report that's about the case that's on 24/7 down here....

I think on the day Casey called her mother 6 times in a row and then her father 6 times (with no answer from either) something had happened to Caylee and she had died (fell into the pool and drowned, got into Casey's drugs, etc.). I think Casey panicked when she couldn't reach her parents, she borrowed the shovel from the neighbor (Cindy says Casey borrowed it to clear out some bamboo, yeah right) and buried the baby. Or called someone to help her to do it.

Her friend "Amy" (the one who she borrowed a car from and picked up at the airport) told the police that Casey had stole checks and $700 cash from her when she was gone. Casey also stold money from Cindy's credit cards and her car was found at a Cash America money advance place, so I think she needed to get money quickly - and then used the money to pay "someone" off to keep their mouth shut - probably that someone that helped her dispose of the body.

When Casey says she feels like Caylee is close to home, I believe she is - but as in buried close by, not being held by some kidnapper. I think that Casey is not really upset because she feels that it was an accident and as the "Bella Vida" tattoo she got when the baby was missing says, she feels that Caylee had a "beautiful life".

I hope I am so totally wrong about this that I feel like a fool when Caylee shows up alive and healthy - but then I think again about Casey borrowing a shovel and backing the car into the garage and I come back around to bad scenarios. :guilty:

My personal Feeling is That,as many lies that have been told and the fact that the little one is as yet to be found, someone is covering up what may turn out to be a very sad situation, I pray that the child is still alive,If not this will bring about the situation that every time a child goes missing who will you believe,My heart goes out to all parents,I hurt for the children.

The whole shovel thing has really bothered me. First, the grandparents live in a normal house. They don't own a single shovel? :confused3 Secondly, after knowing everything we know about Casey, does anyone imagine her sitting around the pool one day saying to herself, "Wow! Look at all that bamboo. I want to help out my parents because I love them so much so I am going to get a shovel and do a little yard work." :confused3

See is such a liar and it sickens me that the mom seems to believe her most of the time.

My Grandson will turn Three Yrs old next month,He is My world and to see this crazy situation just angers me that the grandparents Have never even met any of the girls baby sitters,How's this possible?

Lisa

I read/heard somewhere that they have a shovel but it was locked up in a shed at the time again that is there story

and they have some kind of plant/weed I don't remember the name of but it's hurt's Caylee's feet so they dig it all up that was another story I heard

I wish I could say I thought this was an accident but I truly believe casey is evil and very capable of out and out murder. I think her child was getting in the way of her lifestyle and she eliminated her. I don't think unless she cracks which I doubt she will the body will be found. I am hoping for enough DNA and circumstantial evidence for an arrest and conviction.

Also her parents need to get a clue and stop making excuses for her and her behavior. They are worse then scott petersons parents.

I do not think she will ever crack. I think she thinks this is her way off with a light sentence. No body, no other real proof. I know there has been rare cases of people being convicted of murder with no body, but I do not see that happening in this case unless they have more evidence than we are privy to, which they should. Atleast I hope.
