Are basing that idea off of the theory that they would just cram the current PH price onto the base ticket price? I doubt they would do that - it would scare off too many people. Rather, I suspect that they would run the following calculation
$PHPrice*(tickets with PH added/(total tickets sold))=$PHValue
$PHValue/total tickets sold=$MinimumPriceIncrease
$CurrentMYWBase+$MinimumPriceIncrease+$PROFIT!!=$NewMYWBase
I agree with this analysis, and they could turn it into a great marketing campaign -- "Now, all guests have access to all four major theme parks for one price!"
So next year's price increase might be $10 for a one-day base ticket, but they will tout how much more you're getting for that minimal increase.

The difference between what we paid to eat at our leisure and what it would have cost us had we done standard dining plan was less than $1.00.
Now, maybe with the dining plan we'd have eaten more... but I really don't think we need to....
