2024 Tickets Question

Good afternoon, everyone and Easter blessings to those also celebrating. I have a question about two SoCal Resident 3 Day (One Park, Per Day) Tickets that have been on my Disneyland account since about this time in 2024.

My beloved Dad and I are local and had intended to visit Disneyland for my birthday in May, 2024. We both had long-term health issues, especially me. I am still recovering to regain walking mobility. By God's Grace and through my Dad's support along with many others including two wonderful at home therapists, I expect to be back to normal, God-willing by this Christmas.

Disneyland back in 2024 said to call when we were ready to have our ticket value applied towards new tickets. I am praying we will finally be able to enjoy a visit with Mickey by May, 2027 if not sooner.

My question is do I need to reach out to Disneyland before next month (May) the second year since we originally hoped to go) so we don't lose our money? Thank you all so much. God Bless You.

I would wait to contact Disney until you have concrete plans to go. You will pay the difference between what you paid for the tickets and the current price tickets of great value then your current tickets. You can not. “downgrade.”

very much DisneyChrista. Tbat is what I was planning to do originally l, I just wanted to be sure that was still the way to go. We would ideally purchase a new SoCal Resident 3 Day ticket when the time comes. Fun to think about
