OKW vs SSR

When exchanging through II if I were offered either a 2BR at OKW or a 1BR at SSR which would be the better choice? (Other than the obvious extra bedroom and bathroom!) I've never stayed at DVC so I have no idea!

Its all a matter of personal choice.

IMHO.... I would choose OKW for the size of the units (larger than any other DVC) and the laid back peacefullness.
I would need to ask myself if I wanted a decor of OKW in the Florida Keys or SS in NY??

How many people are you having on your trip? The 2 BR would always be my choice for more than two adults. The size of the unit, the balcony which actually has room for 4 to sit and still have room to move around. Just stayed at both resorts, 1 BR at OKW and studio at SSR. Liked them both and it was just two of us but since we really use the balcony in the morning for breakfast and coffee I definitely prefer OKW. Again it is all subjective and personal preferences.

OKW 2 bedroom...definitely!!!!

Yep, I agree. If you have more than 2 people DEFINITELY stay in the OKW 2 bedroom. It is HUGE and you will all enjoy the more spacious common areas as well as the huge balcony/porch.

I have stayed numerous times at OKW, the last being Thanksgiving holiday of last year. We are a family of 4, and had a couple of relatives come over for Thanksgiving dinner. It was a breeze making the dinner in the large OKW kitchen area. I highly recommend OKW.

Just stayed at both. I would say OKW. SSR is nice, but OKW has a better feel.

Try and stay near the main Hospitality House.

Thanks for all your replies! When I got home today I looked and the 2BR at OKW was gone, but there was a 2BR at SSR. I took that one!
