Yeah, so? Do you notice the CONSTANLY long lines at the ice cream shops at both DL and DCA. Plenty of people consume dairy. A small subset does not. The masses are okay with dairy. They seemingly made this drink for the minority of those who don't or can't drink dairy, which seems backwards. Maybe they could have had one be a diary free option and the other just a milkshake. What would have been wrong with that? Plus, coconut and rice milk are FAR more expensive than milk and ice cream, so I'm not sure why they went in that direction, simply from a cost standpoint. The profit margin on this drink can't be very high.
