I also read that the testing period runs the 18th to 24th, maybe that is why?

I'm packing this weekend. It's the kids favorite part - we lay out all our outfits, then put them in gallon or 2 gallon ziploc bags. They like it because they get to sit on them to get the air out while DH zips them.

I still have to go to the store to get a few things - 2 more Frogg Toggs, a bottle of vodka, and some coffee pods. (I keep reading the new coffee pods are awful)

OMG we were SO productive yesterday!

We got all the kids outfits packed and put in ziploc bags - luckily they have enough clothes for the next 5 days that we could go ahead and pack enough for the trip.

DH and I got our bags 99% packed - we both have exactly enough underwear for the trip, so we had to leave that out so we would have some to wear this week!

We pulled out the suitcases and measured them. Boy am I glad we did! Our big one is broken and has a huge rip down the back. We went looking for a new one and boy are they expensive! We even tried Big Lots. Finally found a huge rolling duffle bag - very heavy duty - for only $40 at Bed Bath and Beyond.

Got our park bag packed. DH went through and packed our first aid bag.

The kids also went through and gathered all their Disney stuffed animals. No way we can take them all, so we will just see how much room we have left.

Got our shopping done - ended up with coconut vodka. nummy. Very tempted to try it last night, but I didn't.

Whew. I'm tired just typing this.

We don't leave until Saturday, but it's early Saturday. All I want left to do after today is just to have to pack bathroom stuff.

The crowds seemed much lighter this week. It's a great time to be at Disney. We went to Universal on Labor Day and it was empty. Went to MK thursday morning and we were suprised to see no line at Peter Pan at 10am!!


Have any more people been invited to Belle's story time? Is there any method to the madness of getting into a soft opening for it?

We leave next Saturday. Trying to pack. First time flying and loosing my mind So scared I will forget something. When we drive I never worry because we can pick up what I forgot on the way down. I never realized how much I we bring. I really need to start cuttting down the list of "must haves." I would hate not to have room for a few souvenirs

Feeling very vacationy today. I unpacked the old luggage to toss, completely unpacked and re-loaded the toiletries bag. I think I'm on my way. DBF looks at me crazy when I mention packing other things, so maybe I'll stop there. Lol!! 6 days!!

All this talk about Animal Kingdom and Kali, Dinosaur and EE but no one mentioned Festival of the Lion King...I love that show. It is also a great way to get out of the heat and off your feet.

I too love all parks for different reasons, but Epcot is still my favourite. Wouldn't think about missing a park. I have been numerous times with my kids and every time we go they love something different. Last time we went they LOVED Epcot and doing the countries better than MK...you never know what the kids will love compared to the last time, new things may excite them.

That's why we pack an extra, empty duffle bag. That way if we buy too much, we have a way to get it home!

Arrived at riverside today .... In magnolia terrace. Had dinner at cape may. Crab legs gallore!!! My aunt had trouble with getting the meat out, but I thought they were good.. Last time was better but still good. Awesome desserts... Strawberry shortcake and flan!!

We have having Cape May on Wednesday. Did they have chicken nuggets for kids? I read they took them away and now they have fish nuggets.

Did some more packing last night! Looks like I will get all my crafting done just in time! I have one t-shirt sitting and waiting to be washed (the instructions said I could wash it 3 days after it was done) and I have 4 shirts I am putting in the wash and then putting some puff paint on, as soon as I hop off here!

I just need to get cracking at laundry and cleaning the house this week, and then we are off Friday. I looked at our flight last night and it looks like we will be waking up at 4 am in order to get ready and to our flight on time Oh well, it will all be worth it when we get there. I'm sure I won't be able to sleep anyhow.

On a seperate note, we leave in 4 days and my doggy is sick today Here's hoping she gets better otherwise I don't know what we are going to do. I'm sure she will be fine, but it's just one more thing to worry about!
