Was just reading another thread regarding Dumbo fastpasses and it got me to thinking....
For those who are receiving the test trial FP's. Will we be able to use our KTTK to get additional FPs during the times when our trial ones will still be valid or will they magically be linked to our card to prevent us from getting additional FPs?

Great question....

Having an amazing time at Wilderness Lodge. Crowds have been so light since Friday there hasn't been a wait longer than 10 mins for anything! Seems to be an alternating rainy/sunny pattern as the days roll on. Fine with us though, we just throw on a poncho and keep Rollin!

Lovin' my visit and an entire week still to go!

YAY!! for no waits. Keep having fun! pixiedust:

48 hours to go! I can't wait.

Does anyone use a hanging shoe rack to hang in their hotel rooms?

I have read on Dis that people use them to sort not just shoe but bathroom items ect. Is it a good idea to have one of these.
We are 4 people in one room and I don't want to be tripping over stuff all week.

Thanks

We use one and it's very helpful, but when you hang it on the door to the bathroom, you can't close the door all the way. (at least at the values)

We use it for lanyards, sunglasses, medicine (way up high from kids), toothbrushes/paste (keeps them off counter), jewelry, hair bands, and more. That way the counter doesn't get crowded.

Thanks I did pick up 2 of the hanging closet organizers. They were $8 !!

I have hooks with magnets and I hang the shoe holder on the inside of the front door. You can't look out the peep hole but that doesn't bother me. Just a suggestion for all those buying shoe holders!

If anyone else is still looking for these, check your Dollar Tree or other "everything $1" store. Mine has them. They don't have as many pockets and obviously they're cheaply made, but for $1, you can spring for a couple and you won't be sad if they wear out after a couple of trips.

So I'm still wondering what you do with a laminated card? Is it just a daily schedule so everyone knows the plan? Or is it something else?

Love hearing that DreamEagle's trip is going so well and the crowds are so low. I hope it stays that way for another 3+ weeks!

The bull shirts sound so cute? Can you post a pic? :)

Our kids show cattle on a national level. So they will "geek" out on this!

Here's my example. This was my take on the whole thing since I'm traveling with 6 other people who have never stayed on property, used the dining plan, or the WDW transportation system. I/They will sharpie in the room # and the bus # when we leave/get to the park for the day. :moped: This particular card is for the "free" day that "my travelers" can go to whatever park they choose. On previous days, I put "Magic Kingdom" at the top with it's hours for the day and the time of the fireworks and parade. This is a "generic" one for that particular day. AND YES...I do have a typo in the bottom paragraph...I know, I know. These are 4" X 4". Before you burn me at the stake for wrong directions...:) I had my local print shop laminate and they are great.

Super! - We are planning a rather grand gathering for the Disneymoon with lots of first timers and this is a great inspiration for me!

Now, I must dance for in 1 week I will be heading to the airport right now!
WOOHOO!!!:banana::banana::banana::banana::banana::banana::banana: 7 DAYS!!

My laminated card isn't as in-depth as Araithel's but same basic idea. I have the park that we are going to, the times, when the parades and fireworks are, who has EMH, and any reservation numbers and times we have for that day. Then each day I just carry my new card in my bag!

On a side note, Araithel, I love those shirts, they are soooo funny/cute!

I did something similar to the laminated card, but with a .pdf document that I e-mailed to everybody. Then those of us with iPhones or iPods could choose to "open in iBooks" so it was saved on the device (so we could bring it up with no Internet access). I included park hours, fireworks times, and our ADRs on a separate page for each day, and I have used it a lot. You gotta love technology when everyone is carrying a mini computer with them all day! So far it is working great.

That's a fabulous idea...I just wish everyone in MY party could operate their smart phone that well! Really would save paper/money/ink. :yay:

ONE MORE WEEK!!!! I will be landing at MCO exactly 1 week from this moment (we land at 8:45am).

We hang our shoe organizer in "the closet" next to the sink. It works perfectly and everything is right where you need it. We also have a suction cup toothbrush holder that attaches to the mirror. Works great and keeps everything off the counter.
