jUST BOOKED OUR ROOM AT FQ FOR 8/30-9/5. THIS TRIP CAN'T GET HERE SOON ENOUGH
ADR: Lecellier Lunch on 31st, Tusker House breakfast on 1st, Crystal Palace on 2nd, Fantasmic Hollywood & Vine on 3rd, Aloha on 4th.

Has anyone dined at Hollywood & Vine? Would love a review or some input. I had originally chose to eat at 50's prime time cafe however I promised myself to try new foods during each trip.

We have! The food there if I remember correctly is the standard Disney buffet, like Chef Mickey and Crystal Palace, so you really can't go wrong. We are doing the opposite. We did Hollywood and Vine last time and to switch it up a bit, we are going to 50s Prime Time. My hubbie is not to sure about that one, but we have been to Disney during free dining 4 times and have not done that one yet...so here it goes, this trip.

From NUMEROUS reports here on the DIS, people have not been able to book ADRs past 180 days online - they have had to call. Since about December, the Dining System is not recognizing Resort Reservation #s. Even though you can retreive your Resort Reservation online and see all the details of your vacation itinerary, the online Dining System does not recognize it.

When I booked my ADR's last friday, it did recognize my reservation # and let me book my reservations, started out a few days in for Chef Mickey since I wanted a certain time and date....put in all the info, confirmed, got confirmation #.....great.....not so.....to next date I pull up, all my credit card info and reservation #, name and everything is gone....it would take FOREVER to type all that in, all 10 times I have to make a reservation.....solution: I picked up the phone and called and it was done in 15 minutes.

Now if you try to pull up your dinner reservation on the website, it gets a Disney Dining is experiencing errors.....NO KIDDING!

My advice: If you want to get it done fast and right, call!

Don't know yet because the online is not recognizing my reservastion #. It will only let me do our 1st day. I called last night & asked a CM if it was working & he said it is!!!


Pooh! Now, I gotta wait a whole 45 mins to call!!!!

Yeah! Got everything within reasonable time frames...

I was on hold for about 2 mins & the whole thing only took 15 mins. The CM was great! She had a very soothing voice that, honestly, being soooo tired from being up at 5:30 am & not sleeping from excitement last night...that she almost put me to sleep.

Got all of my ADR's!!! Unfortunately, the online reservations were not recognizing my reservation number. So annoying! The system DID recognize all of my clients reservation numbers (I checked this morning), but it did not recognize mine. Anyways....I went back to bed and then called right at 7am.

9/18- Raglan Road 6:30pm
9/19- Cape May Cafe 10:30am
9/20- Chef Mickey's 10:30am
9/21- TRex 11:30am
9/22- 50's Prime Time Cafe 11am
9/23- Crystal Palace 8:05am
9/24- Garden Grill 4pm

My DH and DD did not want to branch out too much on this trip, so the only new place for us will be Raglan Road. My DD is an Irish dancer, so I'm sure she'll love the dancers!

They just announced the remaining opening dates for AOA. I've been waiting to hear about the Little Mermaid rooms, which I didn't think we had a chance for, since the original plans were "late 2012."

So it figures that our check-out date is September 13th, and Little Mermaid rooms open September 15th! Oh well. Maybe 2013! Here's the new schedule, bookings begin tomorrow:

Finding Nemo (Grand opening) – Opens May 31
Cars – Opens June 18
Lion King – Opens August 10
Little Mermaid – Opens September 15

Sure, no problem. Not sure when you are going. We will be back from our vacation on Sept 25th So, I can post something after that. If you need it sooner, just let me know and I can try to do it earlier for you.

We're going in Sept too (21st-30th)!! It's DH, me, DD (her first trip and she'll turn 2 while we're there), and SIL and we're staying at Port Riverside.

We get to make our ADR's on Sunday morning and I can't wait! Here's what we're hoping to get:
