Just keeping an eye out for some November discounts. I might have to make another trip this year!

Well, I booked our trip, and made our dining reservations. Now, I just have to wait until FD is announced! Also, SWA came out with their November rates and they are HIGH. So, not only do I need to have FD in order to do this trip, but I need SWA to come down on their prices. It always seems to work out.

We used miles from usair for nov. we wanted to get rid of them cause their cc sucks for air points. i had to use 50000 points for each of the 2 tickets and then buy the my DH ticket for 550.

there is never tickets lower than 50000 unless u fly to no mans land!

In the same boat...booked our AP package at WL CL for TG week too and hoping for a good AP rate. When I spoke with the CM at reservations he was telling me that an AP rate is almost guaranteed. We'll see...I need my amount to come down too!! WL IPO made all of our reservations on Sunday and we got what we asked for. I booke SW yesterday, rates were ok - $241 RT BWI-MCO. One flight is nonstop and the other is a 1-stop. Noticed that SW had more 1-stop flights than in the past and the pricing was reverse (cheaper for 1-stops).

where u eating for TG? 2 years ago we did Cal Grill cause it's one of our favs. I didn't realize it wasn't the normal cooks. It sucked! Like really sucked! let me say also that i have been going to disney multiple times a year now for 12 years and i have never ever had a bad dinner in a signature place. We just couldn't get over it.

We booked narcoossee's this time cause i THINK they are having a normal menu with some extras? so does that mean normal staff for cooking?

other than that we can't wait!

do u have anything else to still do?

i think we are getting a birthday cake for our 2 year old. last dec when we went we had brian do a minnie themed one for cindy's castle. it was awesome. i think we are going to do another this year.

I just finished booking November 13 - 19, 2011 at the BC with a 40% off deal.

I was planning to book a pool view room/ deluxe dining because that was the least expensive room (all garden view rooms were sold out) showing to be available on the internet. When I went to book it, I was asked by the CM "I can offer you 40% off a lagoon view club level room...would you like this instead?".
I quickly did the math and saw this deal for the CL room was going to save me about $700.00 over the pool view room so I grabbed it.

The code was DY9 for the deluxe dining. I asked if this was a secret pin and she said no, so I'm not sure if anyone can get it??? I hope so and good luck!

My discount was for 40% off our resort. We chose the deluxe dining to go with it so she just put in that code. I think it would be a different code if we had regular dining.

I didn't even know we would get a discount. When I called to book the room, the CM mentioned to me that I could get the discount if I booked the CL room. Maybe it was a secret pin that was attached to our name if we phoned in for a reservation??? I never received any email about it so it was a complete surprise when the CM told me.

Hope you get a discount too!

My plan is to arrive late Thursday 11/17 night. I'm thinking of going to MK on Friday 11/18, but that is a MVMCP night. I have a Crystal Palace ressie for 6pm. Do you think we should go to another park that day instead (no hoppers)? I really didn't want to do the xmas party.

I didn't even say anything other than asking to book a water view room.

It was the CM who told me I could get a 40% discount if I upgraded to the CL lagoon view room. I quickly did the math and saw I would be saving lots of $$$ so I took her offer.

I have heard of other people being told that they were being offered a discount if they booked a certain room during their phone call and if they didn't accept it right then, it would be gone by the next time they phoned. Could be it was something like that? When I went to book a second room for my sister, the CM was really surprised to learn that only one CL lagoon view was offered in my deal as well as one CL deluxe room and that is was one room in each category. Since the two kinds of rooms are on different floors, I wasn't thrilled but booked the second room anyway. After we were all done, the CM told me to wait for a minute because she wanted to ask guest services something and a couple minutes later she came back telling me it was my lucky day because they were going to let me have the two rooms on the fifth floor in the CL lagoon section.

I really have no idea why it happened. All I know is, if I could have climbed through the phone to give her a hug, I would have!

Actually I called and it isn't for a 'Room only" discount. they are telling me it is for a package discount for the room. u need to buy tickets also. did u find this out too?

also the dates. there is a blackout from the 19th to the 25th?

I just called and added this code to my ressies for 11/16-11/26 at POFQ. Saved $320!!! You do need to have a package with tickets and dining plan.
