Down to about the 5 week mark.

Been having storms here last two evenings so not much gotten done. Plan on washing the camper this weekend and getting a new buffer and polishing the camper to help get rid of some of that chalky look. Let the sun reflect on @bama_ed and help out his tan if need be.

I believe one of the plans was to try and go over to NAS Pensacola and visit the aviation museum and watch the Blue Angles Practice. That week the practice days are June 3 and 4. Weather permitting. I know in the past we tried not to set anything in stone on the practice days because we had to wait and see what the weather was looking like. Admission in the museum is free. The seating area for the practice is bleachers, located in the pic, just above and to the right of the #1 jet's nose.

Oldest daughter has asked about going to the Alligator Alley up in Robertsdale, AL. It's open 10-5 each day of the week. You can buy food to toss to them as you tour the place over. They do a feeding demonstration as well, handing out lots of porkchops to the hungry dinosaurs.

I plan on bringing my Cornhole set as well, not that I'm any good at it, but it should produce some laughs anyway.

One of the better museum's I've ever visited. Plan on all day. Much, much history there, especially up on the mezzanine floor where you can read the Medal of Honor citations of Marine and Navy heroes.

Very true. We've done it twice, and both times some new stuff was being added.

When you go to the Naval Aviation Museum be aware that they have a new clear bag policy that went into effect on April 1. You can find the policy on their website. All bags, purses, backpacks etc. have to be clear now. I was there today. I read the new policy before going and the only clear bag I had in the camper was a ziploc bag lol. That was my clear bag for the day. The attendant at the gate for the Blue Angels practice saw my ziploc bag and told me I had read the memo. :rotfl2:

I'll have to find a new purse...

Was able to move my reservation for the week of 5/31 - 6/7! I am excited that it worked out!

I don't want to publicly post my site, if that's ok. But I would like to meet everyone while I'm there.
That's great. Maxine.

You know where most of us will be around sites 2-5 and around Live Oak. Stop by any time.

At least YOU know where to find US so it all works out in the end.

Oh, and also follow the law enforcement vehicles with the flashing blue lights on the campground roads at night. We may be ..... puzzling in the dark!

We look forward to meeting you.

I will be on Raccoon road, closer to the front of the park. I'm bringing my bike (if I can get it fixed by then). Hoping to get a stop at Buccee's on that Saturday when I drive in. Never been there, so I'm sure it will be an experience. I will have to learn the ins and outs of a Disboards meet.
