Comcast has also been having a rough year in the press, thanks to their awful customer service. They've got to be ecstatic to have a subsidiary outperforming everyone's expectations since The Wizarding World opened. I'm guessing they'll keep rounding out the parks, and then announce the Harry Potter expansion soon(in theme park terms, so in a year or two, ha.) Rumor is they want to have it done by 2018, which plays perfectly in to the new Fantastic Beasts franchise launch in 2016. I couldn't be more excited to see what comes in the future over there.

The third phase of potter rumors have seem to died down and marvel has picked up. We know they have kong coming next year. Rumors of fast and furious as well. Then the permits for volcano bay. And of course the third park rumors that have been around for a while.

There's also the 30 Rock Building attraction that should be coming up. I saw some rumblings about Harry Potter again last week, and I really can't imagine them not adding something on with Fantastic Beasts coming, HP is a money printing machine for them. I may be heading up to New York for the NBC TV Upfronts and I'm not afraid to bother the big wigs and ask questions about Universal that they might just laugh at, haha.

In regards to Marvel, I really hope Uni doesn't bother with it. Maintain what you have, but build up elsewhere. That's far too sticky of a situation to invest a lot into.

Yes I forgot about the jimmy Fallon attraction. Well hulk and doom are set to get big refurbs and maybe some theming changes. Also heard rumblings within the last week that a brand new attraction using marvel could be I the horizon.

Thanks! Remember those pictures are from mid February at the latest so work has progressed since then. Still, judging from more recent pictures all that's really left to do is paint and landscape on the outside. Most of the vertical construction is done. I'm not sure about interiors though. That could be holding things up.

The DTD orange garage connector is now open. This has escalators and elevators for guests to use.

Yeah we don't get a lot of pictures from Shanghai so this is the best we've gotten in a while. The hotel is coming along nicely but the castle seems to have a good amount of work yet as well as the tron coaster.

Agreed. The Castle actually looks pretty good right now from some of the pictures I've seen. Most if not all the spires are done, and they've had a topping off. I think it's a matter of painting and decorating it now. I think we'll start to see the pictures of the top scaffolding being taken off over the next month or two. As for Tron... I've not no idea what that building is supposed to look like. I know it has the main show building, and then there's the part that goes underneath the white thing. I imagine there will be glass or something right? Have you seen any concept art?

There haven't been any concept photos of tron. They haven't officially announced that as an attraction for the resort.
