I thought about having my DH call this morning as I had to work early, but then I woke up
I think MS would have hung up on him and told him renters cant make reservations, because he would have been clueless

I guess I have to train him, but we'll start with something smaller, like summer ressies

He says it was easy...gave the member number, and didn't have to give the reservation number...just added another day to the opened one.

I did check after he e-mailed me with the news...yes, he did GOOD!!

He can "take it" if we all meet someplace, we can have a good chuckle!!

Booked yesterday(31st) for 12/28-12/31 and are adding on till the 3rd, I booked a 2bedroom @ SSR our home resort. CM said there was plenty of rooms and I could wait and make reesies all at one time but not willing to take that chance.Now have to decide to fly or drive from Delaware.

Too bad we don't know the weather before we make that decision! Sometimes I think I would like to try the drive, but then I think of the icy roads we sometimes hit going to Pigeon Forge in Tennessee, and I think for us, it's better to fly.

We have already decided that we will be flying. The way the holiday falls during the week and Jan 3 and 4 on a weekend. I know we will get a good rate, plus be able to work around the blackout dates.

I had a very pleasant MS person. Of course, she was just beginning the day, and had good news for us early birds...I'm glad we're finished for the day, her day is just starting.

I don't think the line is more difficult. But I have to give my entire address each time and sometimes phone number before any booking takes place because no SSN verification.

Do you only have to give your last SSN digits to start the booking process? Am I right?

You should see me sing my address. I didn't even stop for her to ask today.

I know. I said, "We got it?!" And then I exhaled and said, "I guess it's going to be quite the day for you. I hope it's a good one". I'm sure most can feel the anticipation, and sometimes frustration by some, through the phone lines on a day like this.....

Difficult job today. Happy news in the morning. And disappointment a mere minutes later I suppose.
