Floridian here, begging to differ. We have winter…it’s just not a season - more like a day here, a day there, sandwiched between a few days of what the rest of the world calls “Spring” and “Fall.”

Source: my wardrobe of tees, jeans, shorts, down jackets, gloves, sandals, warm boots, and sundresses, all of which have been worn over the last several weeks.
But for real, as far as marketing purposes, “Spring” here is the time in which tourism hits its peak of the year: roughly mid-Feb through Easter.
