My DW's company's conference is headed back to Orlando.... to the Grand Floridian!
I didn't think I'd ever get a chance to stay there, and now I probably will.
Even better, it is during PW! So now I need to try to snag a 10K or HM bib. So cool.

Has everyone started training? How's it going?

I have, but it's going terribly. Winter came much too soon this year in my part of the continent which has made running difficult. I'm not a dreadmill girl, but I couldn't motivate myself to go out when it's already in the low 10s at the end of November. I still have 10 weeks to go though, not all is lost!
