Tomorrow is the BIG day for me!! I am scared out of my mind

I am taking my pregnancy test tomorrow! This is our second cycle on clomid.... but I have been trying to concieve for over 10 years. I dont know if I can see another negative pregnancy test Wish me luck girls!!! I will praying for all of you!!!

Kiki, way to go on losing weight! I really have been slacking on eating well AND working out. I'm terrible.

Mrs. Charming, what are you taking WHILE pregnant? Are you on progesterone? (If you mentioned it already, I'm sorry)

As for me....the nurse called earlier today and I finally am getting a chance to come update here. It's been SOOO busy at work!

It's.....

GOOD NEWS!! The Dr. reviewed my chart and decided I should trigger today and do the IUI tomorrow!! I didn't get to ask any questions b/c I couldn't get up from my desk, so I just accepted everything the nurse said with "okay", "yeah, great", etc. Then I asked if we could go in the afternoon and she said that was fine, another dr will be there to do it but I'm okay with that. Especially now that I know what the procedure entails since I've already gone through it once before.

DH gave me the shot at lunchtime (12:30) and he was a PRO! I asked him how he seemed to feel so comfortable with it and he said "I watched a video about it". He's so awesome!! We go in tomorrow afternoon at 2:15. They'll then do the thaw(reminder: we're using a donor), and 45 minutes later they'll do the IUI! Then thankfully, I get to go home. I'm glad I'm having it done in the afternoon.

Now I wonder if I'll pop out one egg or two..hmmmmmm

Mrs. Charming- I am feeling like I have the worst PMS..lol.... I am tired, bloated, and my nipples are sore...sorry TMI....

I felt the same as last month EXCEPT for the soreness in my nipples... But who knows, I could be imagining that since it is a sign of pregnancy...lol... I tend to get obsessive like that Less than 10 hours until I test so we shall see.....

I know what you mean about imagining symptoms. I am in for a long two weeks!! Because of the trigger I can't test until 13 or 14 dpo, otherwise I run the risk of a false positive due to the trigger still in my system.

OMG 10 hrs! How freakin exciting!!!

Hi!

I'm Anna and I'm happily married to a great guy named Kenny. We have decided that in the next year to two years we want to try to have our first!

I'm 33 and he's 34. We've been married for 4 years this year and together for 10 in April. I'm nervous about my age, plus my mom nearly died having me. It didn't help she told me about it all the time. She keeps trying to dissuade us, (she worries) but I feel it's time.

I work as a travel writer and travel off and on throughout the year to lots of places, including Disney. I figure when it's little, I can continue to travel regularly with it. When it starts school, I will probably go at alternate times.

Kenny and I go on a 'date' once a week ad we plan to continue even if it's only once or twice a month. We feel it's important to show a child that it's parent have a happy stable relationship. (Something my parents never had).

Any advice? I'm an Epileptic with IBS and fibroids. My dx have all said they didn't think there would be any probs. I may have to switch one of my seizure meds to avoid birth defects, but otherwise, I'm fine. I drink protein shakes due to the IBS. I've already had the 'talk' with my gyno and I'm going to have it with my neuro today.

Oh, I forgot. I'm going on a work trip in May to D-land and D-World. While I'm there, I plan to get a book and have all the characters/CM's sign it. It'll be baby's first baby book.

Hi girls, I want to share something cool!

So, I get these texts daily, they are my "word of the day". I don't even remember how/when/where I signed up for these but sometimes I look at the word and try to put it to memory if I don't already know it. Sometimes they are words that everyone should really already know.



Well, I just got my word of the day. O M G.



See for yourself:

"Gestation n. Pregnancy."

In all this time that I've been signed up for these words (over a year) and TODAY, the day of my IUI, I get the word Gestation. It gave me chills!

Well we are going to find somewhere to eat dinner first. hehe Then I actually think DH is scheduled to work but I'm hoping he will call in sick.

They'll have me lay down at least 20 minutes after the IUI in the office, and then they put this spongy thing in to make SURE nothing makes its way out. LOL It feels really weird but if they feel it helps then I am okay with it!
