NEW Disney Gift Card Deals and More.

Update on my Pathway Visa gift card saga, in case anyone has similar issues. I tried to use it at the commissary earlier and it was denied. I called and after a half hour wait, they said the card was locked due to suspicious activity online. I asked what that was , he said it couldn’t be used for gift cards (I was trying to use it on Krogers site for DGC) and also it couldn’t be added to PayPal, which I also tried to use it that way.

They are sending another card in the mail, 7-10 days.

I did however use a different $50 one today to reload Amazon.

For Giftcards dotcom - I have had 9 DGCs show up so far with at least 9 more showing up today (based on USPS Informed Delivery) out of 24 ordered but I staggered my orders so it doesn't surprise me that some are showing up later than others.

Each of my DGC are around $109 each (I did the double dip, buying 3x $100 of the store giftcards dotcom gift cards for $270 and then using those to buy $108.90 Disney Gift Cards for roughly 20% off.

Yesterday my USPS preview email showed our second order, two cards in two separate envelopes, had arrived at the local post office for delivery that day... Only one of the two envelopes made it to our mailbox. Sigh. Hopefully the second shows up tomorrow or I'll be calling GC too.
Got the extra "missing" envelope the next delivery day and the second large order also arrived. So we got everything we paid for and at a heck of a bargain. That was a great sale!

I ordered some DGC from GC.com on 12/17, some on 12/19 and a big order on 12/22. Got the 12/22 order yesterday. I called GC.com and used the automated CS to “track” the other orders. They were shipped today😂
I did not pay for the premium shipping method on my earlier orders so I get what I pay for👍

All of mine have arrived as of today.

FYI, I found that the automated CS always says today’s date regardless of the order number entered.

Been staying away from this thread because I have too many DGC now and am avoiding temptation. I do want to report that my recent batch of fee-free Visa GC from Staples are somewhat improved from the lousy paper ones I got a few months ago. They are still paper, but came out of the cardboard without a problem (and the GC numbers are on the back now!) The sticky covering includes the last 4 digits in addition to the CVV code.

Purchased 5 DGC from gccom on 17th and 20th, shipped 19th and 21st. Have not received any yet. Only tracked 2nd order and supposed to be here tomorrow. 1st order anyone's guess.
Replying to myself but just wanted to update that I received all GCs today. I've also received my Chase offers credits and click through sites are pending credits, so it was huge success. I hope to do it again next year but plan to pay to track everything for peace of mind.

I just got a 20% off food and beverage as Target Circle Bonus. I haven’t seen that before and I don’t usually get groceries from Target since we do not have a convenient Super Target. What do you recommend for using this?

I got 4 of the 7 cards from GC yesterday, should be getting the other 3 sometime this weekend

How hard were these to open at the register? I find every iteration to be progressively worse for cashiers and I'm at the point where I get out an old membership card and use that to start helping slide them open to save us both frustration. Haven't been in a little while, though, because we're working on two CPs so not spending on a CIC right now...

I try to match with sale prices. Other things would be water/vitamin water type items. The sprial sliced ham from there had people asking where I got the ham for the holidays.....Target. It really depends on what area you live in to get the best value.

The cashier had 3" long fingernails so I helped her with them - not too bad overall, 1 or 2 gave me a little trouble (I bought 7).

Umm… food. And beverages. That’s all she wrote for this deal.

If you aren’t sure what Target carries go inside and browse around. Even a non-Super Target would have some selection of food and beverages.

Got all my giftcards dot com DGCs without any issue and used them to pay off my annual dues. Ended up around 18% off after the $50 southwest CC promo was allied and Rakutens 2.5% cash back promo which seems to have tracked correctly.

Can you expand on how the SWA CC promo enhanced the deal and was it repeatable?

We loaded with the 10%, Rakuten 2.5% and a new CC SUB.

SW CC promo was not able to be repeated. It was a promo you can add to the card for up to $50 cash back. My order of $1950 tracked a full $50 cash back into my CC balance. This means I got around 18% off the Giftcards dot com order when stacking all deals.
