Need help booking for 14!!!

My DH and I want to give a 4-day(Aug.14-18, 2005) cruise to our family of 14 as this years X-mas gift. We are sailing on the Magic on 1-04-05. Should we wait to book the August cruise on the ship or book thru a TA now. Considering total cost of this grand idea a decision made one way or the other could save us up to $1,000 or more.

Keep in mind that the sooner you book on DCL, the less expensive the trip will be. I would not wait until next January to book for August. Especially since August is "high season". I would contact a TA, now, to get a quote. Dreams Unlimited may have a "cash back" offer going for next year, so you might want to check with them.
