Has anyone else had trouble with the website the last several months?

I have to access the DVC website through incognito mode on Chrome. This has been going on for several months. Whenever I try to open the booking page in regular Chrome or Safari, it doesn’t work. This is on my computer as well as my iPhone. When I called DVC about a month ago, they suggested I use Incognito mode on Chrome. Does anyone know what the issue is with this???
 
Not sure on what the exact issue may be, but I suggest you try clearing the cookies and cached data in the browsers. In Chrome go to settings, privacy and security, delete browsing data, and check the Cookies and Cached Data boxes. Select All Time. Then press Delete from this device. In Safari (at least on my iPhone) go to settings, apps, safari, and scroll down to and select Clear History and Website Data. There you select All History and then press Clear History.

Thank you for the suggestion. I did this a few days ago, and it still isn’t working for me. :( I’m at a loss as to why. When I called, other than telling me what’s worked for others having this issue with the incognito mode, they didn’t know why it’s happening to some people. I didn’t know if anyone on here knew why or how to fix it.
 
No matter when you ask this question, the answer will always be yes. I got used to just opening incognito browser every time I need to use the website.
 

I have had it happen in the past. My recommendation is :
1. clear your browsing data
2. if you use a pop-up blocker then disable it for the DVC website
3. update your browser to the most current version.

As an FYI, I have often been able to refresh my mobile browser 2 or 3x and then magically the site works.

Thank you both for the suggestions. Unfortunately, those aren’t working for me. It’s so frustrating because up until a few months ago, I had no issues.
 
I do wonder if it’s because I haven’t updated to the new iOS 26. I’ve been fighting it because so many people don’t like it. I’m on the latest version of iOS 18. Then again, it isn’t working on my computer either which is a PC. I don’t know!!! :crazy2::confused3

This won’t make you feel any better, but I’m on iOS 26 and I can access the DVC site in regular Safari and chrome just fine
