Need advice for three dinners!

Hello! My husband and I are going to Disney in January for our 20th anniversary. We are looking for three dinner suggestions. For now, we have ADR for Flying Fish, Jiko and trying to pick last night in Magic Kingdom area. We are considering California Grill - not a sushi fan, Narcoossee's - concerned about tables looking tight together, Artist Point - not enough ambiance? Would consider rearranging our three with the right suggestions. We are not on Dining plan and we will probably watch fireworks from the Magic Kingdom at 10 pm or top of Bay Lake - we are DVC.

If you are DVC you should look into the Top of the World Lounge.
