Same here. However, my confirmation # on the App is different for my resort reservation. It's the standard 12 digit # like for dining. Not the 1 in my travel documents or on the website (which is correct/the same).
 
I've been having troubles making ADRs on the website. I e-mailed Disney and they had the audacity to say "You may also continue to try the website as we have not had any issues with the online dining system."

Really? Wow, Disney really is clueless about their own IT issues. How is it going to ever be fixed then?

The only thing that works, and is it slow, is the iOS app. Anyone know when or if the Android one will be updated? I am glad I have an iPad mini.

This new website is a joke for a company spending a billion dollars on FP+.
 
I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was for me to get an ADR on the new website tonight. Now I just wish they would do something about the three messed up ones. Two are assigned to one of my guests and one is a cancelled ADR that won't seem to go away. It looks like I am having breakfast twice in one morning.

Mine is the exact same way! I don't know why it has done this but at least it is there and all the information is correct.
 

I think I might be the only person on Earth that still can't get their reservation to link. :sad1: They keep telling me to wait a day or two and it will show up. It's been around 3 weeks of waiting "a day or two" and still nothing. :mad:

I have two room only reservations, and I was unable to get one of my reservations to link. I called and they were like "did you type in the correct information?" I DID! Like 10 times before I called! They said that there must just be a glitch and they helped me "view" my reservation on another site, but said I probably wouldn't be able to link it to the new site at all. Very frustrating!

We also have two ADRs, but since my husband made one of them, I'm not able to link that to my account either.

I checked my numbers and both are the exact same. My reservation is DVC room only, so that might be why.
 
Ok, my trip countdown on the MDE website is at 60 days now. But I can't see any way to do online check-in. Can anyone who has this available already tell me where they found it?

This would be very interesting if they began forcing package people into the new system and not offering them to opt out. It will come... but when.
 
I'm at 60 days, and my reservations page says "online check in available in 0 days" - but I don't get the option to check in. My reservation was booked through a TA; is this possibly the issue? Or maybe I just need to be patient.

ETA: now it's sporadically saying "... available in 1 day." Looks like patience is the best plan.

Ah, now I do see the "...available in 1 day." Guess I'll wait.
 
For those who have done it When you go through the check in process at 60 days do you get the option to place a request such as 'near the lobby' etc please?
 
Every time I try to add my mom's profile to our dining reservations so she can see our plans on her app, it says "Sorry. We've run into an unexpected error. Please try again later." I've been trying for days. Anyone know how to get it to work?
 
I 'believe' I saw people mention on here that they were making payments to their reservation online. Does anyone see where you can do this? We booked online, and I'd love to be able to add payments once or twice a month leading up to when our final deposit is due! Thanks :thumbsup2
 
Today my room ressie hit 59 days on the countdown ticker. Today I was given the link for online check-in.

It was rather simple... verify all the regular information... add a mobile phone to receive a text when your room is ready... add any room requests. This last part must be dependent on the resort. For Beach Club Villas, I was offered to select 2 out of 4 options: Near Elevator, Lower Floor, Woods View, or Larger Balcony.

Edit: I wanted to add that there was no sign of anything about MyMagic+, FastPass+, MagicBands, etc. It still said I would receive a KTTW card.

One other development I've noticed this morning... There is no longer a counter for virtual tickets or fastpasses on my family's profile pages.

I have that problem with our Hoop Dee Doo reservation. I can't add any guests to it. When I looked into the detail, it turns out that my daughter's name is listed on it instead of my name. :confused3 I have no idea how that happened since I paid for that reservation back in October, well before the new website was rolled out. I'm not sure if there is any way to fix it. :sad1:

I have a similar situation.....
My DD's name ended up on our resort reservation. Which I reserved long before the new website fiasco. Not sure if that's why Im have trouble viewing the resort info on my phone. But I can view ok online. :confused3

My daughter has her own room reservation and we are linked with a grand gathering number. I am wondering if that has anything to do with how her name, and not one of my other guests, appeared on two of my reservations. I also have a problem with 'Ohana, which doesn't even appear on my reservation list. At least Hoop Dee Doo shows up.

Her room reservation was assigned to the guest name I had created for her on my profile rather than her own profile. Although, part of that problem might be that she entered the wrong month for her birthday.
