Dashboard was wrong yesterday or wrong today? Re: Booking windows

Believe it or not I am still relatively new to DVC bookings. Yesterday in the evening around 10pm EST I double checked the area in my dashboard where it says "non home resort -book as far out as" I am 100% certain without a doubt it said Feb 16. Today it says the same thing Feb 16.

Sooooo which is accurate? For reference today Im posting this it is 07/16.

Okay so I am not crazy. It happened again. It is 9:15 EST on 02/16, my dashboard now says book as far out as 02/17
Edit to add: when I try to book it wont work

Oh oh, I know this one!

It automatically gives you the next day after midnight (can’t remember if it’s eastern or pacific) BUT wont actually let you book it if you try until 8AM.

Edit— looking at your posts maybe it’s midnight GMT?
