I have to have surgery on my arm Mon. My right arm and I am right handed 
so pecking this out w/left hand isn't fun. The evening before leaving for Fla. I fell coming out of the laundry room - I've always hated laundry lol! My arm hurt a LOT and the next morning my arm and shouder looked like Popeye's. I refused toet this ruin our trip and put it in a sling, put ice on it and rode 13 hours to db's house. We ended up going to WDW for 2 funfilled days, and spent the other 7 on the beach at db's house. I came home (we drove straight through again) and rested before I realized my arm was not getting better. Went to dr. yesterday, he looked at xray and said, "
oh my God...WHEN did this happen? What have you been taking for pain? Advil. He said he wanted my good hand because he had to shake the hand of any person who could walk around for 2 weeks with a completely fractured humerous and my shoulder bone is pointing the wrong way so on Mon. to have a titanium plate and 6 screws put into my arm. DH is kicking himslf for not MAKING me go to the dr. before we left which would have cancelled our trip. I am glad that we went and have the memories. Family and fiends can't believe I love WDW THIS much.My left hand is worn out but after I get home from the hospital I'll see if dd 14 will type while I transcribe our mini trip report. Short stay but did a LOT, had VERY good dining experiences especially the service, and would return to the Dolphin. Room location so-so, resort location, transportation, amenities, and STAFF were SUPERB! I'll post more when I can. The only time I've ever been in the hospital was having my 3 babies. Trying not to give into it, but I am DREADING this! Not to mention how boring the next few weeks will be! Kids need school supplies, uniforms...all things I normally do. Poor dh! Wish me luck! And never underestimate what lengths one will go to to get a WDW fix!
