my disney experience website

trying to make a payment and it does not seem to be working, anyone else having issues with the website?

Can't make FP reservations. On phone now.

I was able to get in on my iPad at 7:00 am today and make fp+ reservations.

I made my payment yesterday but then as soon as I did and I was waiting for confirmation the screen went white and an error code came up. As I went to refresh another window popped open with a warning not to refresh or the transaction could go through twice. I checked my MDE and payment amount was zero and today I received my confirmation email. My credit card is still not showing the charge but it sometimes lags behind. Hopefully I don't get charged twice.

Entire Disney World site is coming up blank for me right now, after I was just in it a few minutes ago.

Site was a mess yesterday and still continues into today. I ran into the same payment issues as discussed above yesterday. My payment finally went thru and was acknowledged w/ an email and cc charge but took 4 ever to go thru. However, after the transaction my wife's PH tix were bye bye....ugh!

I had to call to get my fixed. There was a problem with my tickets not being recognized.

Disney IT sucks, it's an embarrassment. While a phone call might seem inconvenient at first, in the long run you'll experience less frustration with a call. Other than waiting on hold, the phone ops are usually very helpful and nice.

Don't mean to hijack, but did anyone else have issues with photo pass photos disappearing from their MDE account?!? I posted another thread earlier but no replies yet.

All of my photos are gone from my account after I log in and I was just editing some of them yesterday. I just tried to call the help desk but it's a 55 minute waitI had to hang up. Anyone know what's going on?!? Is this related to MDE issue you all are having??
