We are going to MVMCP next week and had planned to do 2 FP rides before getting in line for the Seven Dwarfs. However, the addition of Jack Skellington has thrown a monkey wrench into these plans as wife and daughter want to see both. I am not one to waste party time that I spent 70 plus dollars for and am trying to find out which line would be the longest (or in my case the shortest) of the two. I would wait in one line while my wife waits in the other while daughter, son, and son's girlfriend go do another FP attraction that I can ride later. I would prefer to be in the shorter line (if there is a difference). We will also have Memory Maker. If so, will Photopass Photographers be at each character's greeting spot? Any help would be appreciated.

Following because we are in the same boat!! Boys HAVE to meet Jack and mommy and Nana need the 7 Dwarves!!

We went last night and Jack started meeting at about 6:15 to party guests. The dwarfs met around 7 I believe.

I would suggest getting there around 4 and making your way back to Jack (so you're near the front of the line), and then make your way over to dwarfs before they even start meeting!

Wow. Thanks for the info. This changes things a bit (not necessarily for the better).

Where exactly in the back of Storybook Circus is Jack? And is Scrooge in the tent? Thanks!

I don't know if this helps or not, but the wait for 7 dwarves immediately after the first parade at the Halloween party we attended was about 30 minutes. The party we went to was on a moderate crowd night.

Jack and 7Dwarfs is a must for me too. Based on information, planning to do Jack first then 7Dwarfs.

Jack is new, so maybe more ppl will line up later.

At least during the halloween parties, Jack's wait has been about 2 hours. They did move him out of direct sight for christmas so if you don't know he is back there, you won't just happen upon him (he is on main street for halloween). The dwarves are "old" now, so their line is considerably shorter than it used to be.

Jack = Soarin
7 Dwarfs - Test Track

Both will have considerable waits, but one is newer and will draw the larger lines.

I think Jack is going to be the #1 draw, since he has some special costume on, and his appearance in the parks is very rare. Which makes me happy because the 7Ds are a priority for us!

We've always had luck meeting the 7Ds during the first parade at MNSSHP.

Is Jack in the parade? I just want a pic, I don't necessarily need to be in it with him!

Oops just realized you meant the characters 7 dwarfs not the ride. We don't usually do the characters so I tend to have the rides on my brain!

I saw the video of the Christmas parade with the Dwarfs together. Maybe this will suffice.

Thanks for the detailed info!
Do you have any idea his long the wait for Jack was? My son would love to meet him but we are not usually character meet & greet types - except for meals.

Kenny the Pirate reported he got in Jack's line at 5:30 and waited 2 hours to meet him... this was the first MVMCP and he was on his way to other M&G by 7:30.

Thanks so much! I think that's beyond our desired wait time- even for a son who loves Jack!

We'll be attending the Dec. 16th party. Maybe.....just maybe.... we'll check out the line after our dinner (we have a 4:00 ADR at Liberty Tree) because a little part of me wants to meet him too! ;)
