what i did was fun today?......i drove drown historical route 50.

i got to see the eagle nest..that near our country property...

i got to play in...new dirt!


..i rubbed my lil'anteater....who protected me ...from all the crazy
drivers....


..people @ work...gave me all kind of treats....

Y'all got chatty after I went to bed!! DD has the snuffles, and so to get her to bed early, I made the sacrifice and went to bed too!!

So I'm up early -

WOW Melinda - what a game between Kentucky had quite the game huh? Is the college still standing? Any car fires? posts go down?

We had quite the shopping day - we also hit the Disney Store - I didnt buy anything... yesterday!! Around 5am I started thinking of packing lists... I bought 2 space bags, because someone posted that they had their luggage sit on MCO's tarmec for 6 hours in the rain - all their souveiners ruined, along with clothes - and apparently if that happens you have to file a report at the airport (well I would anyway, but not the poster, she was so upset, she took her luggage and went home!)

I'm rambling!! sorry that... I'll take it to dismeets..

Also got a lime green shirt at Sam's Club for 3 dollah...no hollah. It is the most unflattering top I own but it's the right color so I'm wearing it! I know you love me anyway.

Sandy....You're right! What an awesome football game! The results of the UK/UL game were GO CATS!

MOO....Sorry I missed your anniversary! Hope it was the best ever!

PJ....There are a lot of thinks in life I'd like to try but frozen waffles is not one of them. November 2nd? Why? The races are over! Some sort of school conference?

there will be so much lime green running around ......everyone will think we are green mold or is it green slime...or something....
I was so tired after the family visit yesterday.......maybe it was leftovers from being so tired on fridays cleaning out my moms ......that will take alot more days ......when we return from Disney we will go there again .....I PROMISE.....the worse room to tackle will be her bedroom.....

Today I will do the packing and the ironing ....not necessarily in that order....but it will be done......then I will clean out the fridge.....cant have foods that will become unrecognizable too.......I have had a tomato that got away from me ....and it took me a while to figure out what it was........
there was a tape by some guy......George Carlin ....yah thats him......well he did this monologue on refrigerators.......and it was the funniest thing I have ever heard.....I think it was called Refrigerator man......

the sun is out today........YIPPEE......my son asked me what the temp would be on Wed.......and before I could even think......I said 92 in Disney ...oh here you mean........it will be in the high 60s to low 70s.....but I will sweat just to be in Disney

Don't you just looove the Disney store? It's like a quick little Disney fix. I got a pirate shirt. I need to find a baby to put in the Tinkerbell costume, it's way too cute!

PJ, did you get the shirt that has the scrollwork design on the sleeve? I thought that was cute and was going to see about getting one for my DD, but I think the last one must have been on the mannequin.

Thanks for the anniversary wishes! Our best anniversary celebration was for our 25th when we took a two week vacation and went to Vegas and Disneyland. Two weeks off at the end of the fiscal year for my work. It was heavenly to be away from the hubbub. It will be nice to be away for the final week of the fiscal year too, but I have a lot of stuff to finish this next week at work.

Sandy, that George Carlin video was hilarious! I remember that from my younger days Are you putting your suitcase in the space bag or you stuff in the space bag inside your suitcase??? I don't think I'll have any clothes that could be ruined by water (unless it was dye transfer), but you make a goog point about certain types of souvenirs, like prints.

Lil G, glad you like the "not-so-hidden-Mickey" on my Moo Moo! Wish we could be meeting you and all the other Moovers who can't join us on this trip. We'll try to share some of the fun remotely, OK?!

Have you seen those family portraits where everyone is wearing denim or the same color? We have one from a few years ago where we are all wearing burgundy. That was when I woke up and realized we hadn't had a family picture since my daughter was about 5. Because we were always trying to lose weight I did have one taken with just my daughter before that to surprise my hubby for Christmas though.

My suitcase has finally been dragged out of the bedroom and cleaned out

Now my hubby wants to pack his suitcase where I set mine up, so I am going to have to fold up the futon and dog kennel in DD's room so I can drag the exercise bike in there so as to have a spot in the living room to pack

went to Target - a lady was in a lime green shirt, I so wanted to say "oh, do you Dis?" I didnt I didnt....

BEARS are playing!! (lot of bears wear at Target!! so the Lime Green really stuck out!!)

Moo, I think I plan on lining a suitcase with the garbage bag - the heavy duty black bag - I worry about dye transfer, and a meteorologist was saying something about the low pressure and Ingrid and expect more tropical storms next week!! I'm a firm believer in Murphy's Law, so I will be prepared..

I use the space bags to squash my dirty clothes down in the bag to fit sueveniers

(yes 6800 is too many posts - and no one to watch football with but the dis!! so dont mind me!!)

Hey, Celery, I had a brain flash last night.

But I cant remember if I posted it or just thought about it! OYE WEY (which I cant spell either)

But I thought I might pack an emergency overnight bag to hang out on your pull-out couch, just in case................ But you know, your own bed is always best, so it's not something I am planning, just a backup plan.......

And yes, I have a memory like a sieve for some things, so if I posted that, please forgive me..

I accomplished one of 2 goals today. I got haiir colored. Did Not get Tevas exchanged.
At least I dont have packing to do. Got to go get teeth cleaned on Friday, and remember to wake up on time Sunday.

It might help that I am not having to take jeans and a jacket or sweatshirt this time.

oh good lordy no......I plum forgot about the shaving issue......will do that tomorrow or Tuesday.......Actually I just made myself the note........DO THE SHAVE.......I am packed....I ironed this afternoon and packed the stuff too....hubby thought he would help me by pushing the stuff in.....geesh........I said listen here hubby......those are jsut ironed.....then we went out to supper at Margaritas.......the best made to order mexican food ever........I had the chicken chimmi and hubby had the tia super burrito......delicious and I am full.....they have alot of the same items in this restaurant that Mexico in Epcot has too.......I bet they go thru the same buyer.....
