I finally got DD's bedroom situated so I could move the exercise bike and let my hubby have part of the living room for packing. It feels kinda funny not having to hide my packing so my dog won't pout.

I have been reading trip reports today between loads of laundry. I just got caught up on reading one of my fellow Peeps' reports (dismom's - go check it out!). What one were you telling us to check out recently?

PJ....There are a lot of thinks in life I'd like to try but frozen waffles is not one of them. November 2nd? Why? The races are over! Some sort of school conference?

Just try it. You'll thank me. I have 2 other things I'm trying to plan within the months of October and November but some weekend (which I'm thinking is going to end up being the 2nd) I'll be in Lexington. It's for a family function.

I don't know how people drink sweet tea. Any sweet tea I've ever had has always been waaaay too sweet.

I think I'm getting sick. My throat hurts and we had 4 kids out in the past week with strep throat. Maybe I'm just paranoid.

I tried to stay away from sick people this week. My neice and her family had strep thoart too.

I think this week is going to go fast because I am not ready....and have to do everyday things first like school and homework.

I did find Nicholas a costume today. He is going to be a pirate too. I have to hem the pants though. I don't sew well. At least we are going to be ready for Halloween at home.

He has one massage chair in his office for wIerd people like me who freak out at the dentist. I sit in that, and I get the gas, and I turn my iPod on and I'm goog to go.

My dentist is the dad of one of my really good friends. So, I've known him since I was about 5 years old, so he knows what to expect with me. Needless to say, saying that I dislike going to the dentist would be a wild understatement.

As the kids would say only 6 more sleeps. They never know if they should count the day of so this makes it easy for them.

I am coming as I am Marita. I might go get the pedicure sometime this week... if I can fit it in and find a place...

My feet are still hating my running shoes. Might have to go get a new pair or just wear my crocs with no back up shoes.

I saw crocs today with winter lining in them..... For sure not for snow but for the fall weather.

I've been working on this very difficult Aurora costume and watching Big Brother AND the emmy's.

On the Emmy's there's way too much cleavage to not have a wardrobe malfunction of some sort. My money's on Felicity Huffman. I'm glad I don't have a bony chest like these poor stars. We should send them each a care package with FOOD in them so these poor stars can eat. Bless their hearts.

I'm really pizzy with way Big Brother has turned out. Of the 2 evils that are left, I'm hoping Danielle will win. Evil man, whose name will be censored, will probably win though. There ya go!

Aurora costume!!!! Is all I can say.
