MNSSHP Fireworks Time

I am wondering what time the fireworks begin for the MNSSHP?

I thought I read 10:15 but I thought that can't be right as many of the "little ones" will already be asleep.

But, they have never based the time of the party events based on young children's bed-times.

In fact, they USED to have the fireworks at MNSSHP and MVMCP at 9:30.
Just last year they moved them a half-hour later to 10PM.
