I was just thinking this morning that it is only the third day, but I am ready for him to go back! He's interrupting our "routine", as OCD and dorky as that may sound.

Oh yes! DH fixed dinner last night, since he's been home and all, and he made okra and tomatoes (my favorite) with creoles he got from the farmer's market. Pure heaven! I also just like them in slices with a little salt sprinkled on top.

I want to go on a cruise next year Nov or Dec 2009 but don't want to go with just our family...wish we could get at least another family with kids to go too..We should be going to WDW in March or April of 2010 with 4th grade class science project...not that I am looking forward to THAT or anything!!

Third- Our DCL vacation(debarks/embarks ) is December 2009.

I know some of the gals have met up in Disney and I do not know if they ever got together at the zoo this spring, but there was lots of talk about it.

Sheryl - I hate to hear the Dr. has found some nerve damage, but I'm glad you're getting some different news. I'm hoping this leads to a better diagnosis & improvement for you. I've also got your DD in my prayers. Goodness, she's too young to have to be dealing with this already.

No Camp Rock for us tonight, at least (although I'm sure we'll catch one of the gazillion replays!). We'll be baseballing it. DS#2 has an elimination game

Rick and I were home on Sun and Mon and now back up north for the long haul. We're going to Indianapolis (where we lived for 10 years) to hang out and stay at the Crowne Plaza Union Station in a train car suite on 6/30 and 7/1. Then home for the rest of the week. Well, home and the Gulf coast. We're going to Biloxi for the 4th and 5th. We were home 4 days for June.

However in our travels I found the Figi.com (like Swiss Colony) outlet in WI down the street from where we are working there, so I stocked up on cheesy goodness and meat sticks.

And I got Rick to agree to the Podcast Cruise next May. He's never cruised and I've only done it once on Carnival probably 20 years ago. This will be our first Disney 4 night.

If you don't listen to the podcast (i know sheryl does) you might want to consider it. There's a great mix of personalities- and Corey and Julie (2 of the podcasters) are from our lovely area-now relocated. And if you don't have an ipod you can listen to it on the computer.

Bob had almost booked a trip package for the Indi 500 at the Crowne! I told him to do it & but he didn't want to spend that much money on himself. I hope y'all have a great time!

Kat - I'll 2nd you on Clooney! Just like Sean Connery, he just gets better with age! DH still has no clue why I readily agree to watch Oceans' 11, 12, 13, etc... Clooney, Pitt, Damon....

Oh, and Sheryl.....I'll have to brag just a teensy bit. I was lucky enough to see Brad when he was in Thibodaux filming Interview with a Vampire with Tom Cruise. Most of the older ladies there were gaga over Tom, but the younger girls already knew Brad from Thelma & Louise! You know, we'll have to question Lorie about her walkabouts when Brangelina & family comes back to town.

OMGOODNESS!!! I know I'm old & should have a thing for Tom, and I know it's weird but Brad was smokin hot as a vampire!!! You are bragging & I AM JEALOUS!!!

Our DF Lori hasn't been home enough to do any celebrity stalking for us!! I guess we'll have to commission Ms Marigny to do it!!! She ( and I ) have been known to consider climbing trees for purposes of catching a glimpse of Brad, when he's in town.

Well guys I hit the 15 lb. gained mark since I quit smoking. I've been in a physical funk since dealing with both of my parents deaths and I've finally gotten motivated. Johnny & Kyle are giving me a year's membership at a gym!!!! I had never stepped foot into a gym until this morning and I was so impressed. My goal is to start right after my birthday and if I'm the way I used to be, once I put my mind to something it will be done. Now I need to go shop for some work-out clothes and shoes.

11 years b/w dh & I...he just turned 50 but still looks WAY younger than me...he was 36 when we got married and they carded him at the casino!!

Ok, so I just have to say that I'm convinced that my DD is a lunatic. I'll just assume that the age of two is just an insane age. Her mood swings will go from happy as a clam to an angry crying mess in 1.2 seconds. It's like PMS on steroids. For example this morning we walked in the house after a quick run to the grocery store, and DD starts crying for no apparent reason.

Me: "Sienna, what's the matter?"
DD: "I'm crying!"
Me: "I know Sienna, but why are you crying- what's wrong?"
DD: "I'M CRYING!!!!!" wahhhhhh....... Then she sat on the sofa, started playing with the remote, and started laughing.

I'm not feeling well at all today. I woke up achy and just plain lifeless & tired, so much for my plans for the day. Johnny & Kyle have already left for Kyle's game in Denham Springs and I'm going lie down again.
