I'm falling way behind my goal but I'm going to get as close to it as possible. I'm at 60/600 now. Should get in 60 more minutes at the gym this evening.
Another 60 minutes at the gym. And a lot of amusement watching the police officer across the street pulling people over for making an illegal left turn on the street in front of the gym. At least 10 tickets in the 60 minutes I was on the treadmill and bike. And I tried a new machine called the wave. Its like ice skating movement, side to side. I like it. Great cardio.

Between some lawn raking, following DD around the block a few times on her bike and a nice walk tonight, I'm up 70 today. A lot better than I thought I might be today considering I spent a good 5 hours of the day in the car. 600/1500....3410/18000
I spent an hour walking the dog this morning. I have been battling a cough/cold all week and have not been doing as much as I should. But I'm getting back on track!
