Got in 70 minutes at the gym this morning bringing my total to 250/600 :)

ran a half marathon and some other minor stuff

You should totally be proud of yourself! I am a graduate of C25K and what a difference! Like you, I have never been a runner...never. And the other day I just did my first 5-mile run! It was such a great feeling to accomplish that! Keep with it!

As far as today goes, I could not do the 20 minute stretch. I got to 12 minutes of jogging (after the 5 minute warm up) and then had to walk for a minute, ran again for 3 minutes, walked for one and then ran for another 3 minutes. I was disappointed in myself. I can pick myself up and keep at it. I am planning on doing over week #5.

I will not give up.

Today 32 minutes cardio and 28 minutes exercise.

March: 795/1200.
 

Been a slow month - between starting my new job and being sick I've got
440/1100 so far but I'm starting to feel better (after 2 1/2 weeks :mad:) so I'll try to pick it up this week.

updating for the past 4 days, I did 60 min 3 days, and 20 min one day, for 590/1000, and 1545/10000 for the year.

Another 107 minutes the last few days, so now I'm up to 456/900. Yay, I'm more than 50% of the way!

You are doing great! You've got the attitude. Sometimes you need to do-over. That's ok. You keep at it and you will do it!

60 minutes today, 10 minutes on the bike for a little warm up and then 50 minutes of strength training.

Updated!!!

I gotta get a move on- I have just not been motivated to get up in the morning and run. Today I managed 20 minutes-the dog has finally conquered the stairs and came down with me. He then decided to "do his business" so I had to clean up.:scared: I just couldn't get into a good groove. But hopefully tomorrow will go better!!!

35 minute jog on Saturday - beautiful day in NoVA.
Sunday I rested.

It's been a while--

Thursday 70 min walk 705/1800.

The kids went back last night to college, so i should be back to my normal routine. But I don't know if I am going to make this month's total. This is a short week for me also with choir practice and Holy Thursday and Good Friday services.... After Easter should be better.
