Oh wow does that look good!!!

I really shouldn't be hungry, though. I went to McD's and got a biscuit and gravy on my way to meet my friend at the hospital. Then afterwards she and I went out to breakfast and I had a ham and cheese omlet, hash browns and toast. I think I'm set for the day. :teeth:

I've got pretty good news! (We need to hear some around here!)

My friend had the second mammogram done this monring and the radiologist came in to talk to her afterwards. He says that there are two "spots" that show up, both being about the size of the head of a pin. He said that they are some of the smallest "spots" he's ever seen show up! He feels that they are some type of calcifications and if so there is nothing to worry about. He's going to have another radiologist looks at the results this afternoon to make sure. He feels that it's about a 90% chance that this is what he thinks it is. He did add that if the other radiologist felt otherwise they may have to do some follow-up testing, however, even if it was the worst case scenario of it being cancer they've caught it so early that it should be very treatable.

Naturally, she'll be on pins and needles waiting to hear what the other radiologist says but for now it seems to be good news! Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers!

Afternoon everyone!

My dad is feeling alot better today. I think that's really good, too bad we had to cancel our trip to NY. We may be going on Saturday though.

Today was a miracle! I tried on a pair of black jeans and I actually bought them. Or, well my mom did.

I'm so glad your dad is feeling better. Sorry you had to cancel the trip, though.

:yay: good news :yay: good news :yay: good news :yay:

It doesn't really matter if we canceled the trip. Honestly, i'd rather be with my dad and mom than go to NYC. I just hope with my entire life that my dad's brain tumor isn't growing back.

Today's a new day (though it's 1:13pm). I'd like to personally back track to the person who shall remain unnamed for now, I hope I don't see them at school.

My BIL just called. My SIL is all done with surgery. Everything went well. The lymph nodes were neg. and they feel like they got it all. :cheer2:

I think he said 6 weeks of Radiation. Didn't really get a chance to get into all of that. He sounded distracted.

I thought that the un-named party was a senior last year. Isn't the un-named person gone now? :confused3

The un-named party can come back, to get more credits or to make *their* grades higher. Example being my brother, he was a grade 12 last year, but he's going back this year. Therefore, with my luck the un-named party may be returning making it a un-delightful party indeed.
