Azure said:Afternoon everyone!
My dad is feeling alot better today. I think that's really good, too bad we had to cancel our trip to NY. We may be going on Saturday though.
Today was a miracle! I tried on a pair of black jeans and I actually bought them. Or, well my mom did.

My friend had the second mammogram done this monring and the radiologist came in to talk to her afterwards. He says that there are two "spots" that show up, both being about the size of the head of a pin. He said that they are some of the smallest "spots" he's ever seen show up! He feels that they are some type of calcifications and if so there is nothing to worry about. He's going to have another radiologist looks at the results this afternoon to make sure. He feels that it's about a 90% chance that this is what he thinks it is. He did add that if the other radiologist felt otherwise they may have to do some follow-up testing, however, even if it was the worst case scenario of it being cancer they've caught it so early that it should be very treatable.
Naturally, she'll be on pins and needles waiting to hear what the other radiologist says but for now it seems to be good news! Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers!

I think he said 6 weeks of Radiation. Didn't really get a chance to get into all of that. He sounded distracted.
