Hey all. Just a quick post tonight.
DD is sick. Stayed home with a fever & nasty cough. MIL came over to help me out by staying with her for a few hours this afternoon so I could go into work. I brought some work home to do tonight, but I'm just BEAT! No running happened again today. I'm getting majorly frustrated with that.

If Em goes back to school tomorrow (which I'm doubting) then I'll walk at lunch.
**A proud mommy moment happened today...she swallowed an advil!! She's normally horrible about chewing or taking liquid meds...so I asked her dr. this morning if she's old/big enough to start learning to swallow pills. He said she can have one advil. So I did the old pill-in-the-applesauce trick & she did it! (I didn't really trick her, she knew it was in there) But I'm just SO proud of her. I might have ended our medicine fueds once & for all!
Janine's hangin in there. Had a quiet weekend, which is wonderful for her!
And yet again, I'm back on the eating good bandwagon. I'm getting sick of myself again (why do I feel the need to binge?) and it's about time I do something about it before summer hits & I can't fit in my shorts. I'm not gonna journal my food, but I will post whether I stayed on track or not and how much water I got in. That's the big thing for me right now.
So for today: I stayed on track for all of my meals, but had a few bites of the kids' mac & cheese
