Well, if so that meant she saw an eye Dr. and on her DL does not indicate she needed lenses. She said she found out she needed lenses in 2010 after she was arrested.

I was watching Nancy Grace Mystery.

Holy smoke, the defense did not give the prosecution more crime scene photo's, which included all the knifes and the dish washer. The block showed 2 slots empty. There were two knives in the dishwasher. There were other pictures as well. Problem with turning it over now, would be that it could be declared a mistrial.

So my hope is through all this , is that the jury believes Juan Martinez.

I think the tax payers of Arizona since he is court ordered.i read somewhere thst Nurmi tried to get out of it since he was starting up a private practice. The courts wouldn't let him but they decided to pay him his private practice fee.

Arizona taxpayers are paying the jurors as well. At a minimum, they're making $40 a day and at most, the state will pay up to $300 a day (per person) depending on the county. So on the low end, $640 a day for, what like 70 some days so far? Yikes!

I was on The State vs. Jodi Arias Facebook page this morning. The topic was the Motion to Compel criminal history of Travis Alexander. This is about the stolen identity. Travis' sister, Tanisha, said, " They squashed it in court yesterday. " So glad this will never be brought up by Nurmi. I still can't believe they thought they would get this in since it was determined to be a stole indentity before they filed the motion. Slimeballs.

The bolded is Tanisha's quote. The rest are my words.

Another thing. Since the defense team is working on behalf of Jodi, do they have to file these motions? Surely, the DT knew about the stolen identity and wouldn't try it. BUT, if their client insisted on trying to drag his name through the mud, do they have to comply?

Juam Martinez filed to suppliment the rebuttal witness list with someone from WalMart and Tesoro gas station. This was filed on March 8th.

Tie those magazine messages (witness tampering) directly to Jodi's intended recipient along with her intent to direct testimony, he left that hanging but I'm not so sure that wasn't the result of an objection and ruling from the judge.

Do the Math on that Ford Focus gas tank/mileage with gas purchases on her trip to corroborate she did in fact deviate from her supposed route to Utah to Travis' house (proves intention to go there before she left Yreka since she was borrowing those cans along the way). And this part really makes me question Martinez: Why if you're going to ask Jodi if she'd be surprised that WalMart doesn't have a record of her gas can return, why in the hell didn't he present that evidence? And the fact that he didn't present it, the defense's motion to compel those records from WalMart along with the Tesoro records for that 3rd purchase ($19.65) makes me think Martinez is at the least unprepared and at the worst professional misconduct from a State Prosecutor who works for the government.

And that's the best I can come up with because I don't think the State can prove premeditation despite how much Jodi has lied, although the most compelling evidence for me to convict her of premeditation is her two interrogations with Det Flores. That woman deliberately intended to get away with murder with those stories. If it was self defense, she should have said so when Flores first sat her down in that first interrogation session.

Gawd, just the thought of her in that interrogation room telling her stories...

The problem is though, when you return something from Walmart or any department store they will CIRCLE the returned item. On the Walmart receipt that was shown there was not any evidence of anything written, or circled on the reciept.

Wait for rebuttal. The Prosecutor knows what he is doing. He has been doing this a long time and has many 'wins'. There is no way he can't back up the non-return ( in the human world if you return something to Walmart you have to fill paperwork out...she did not) the extra gas purchase (gas station only sold gas in the middle of the night, store was not open). He is saving it. I do think he has something up his sleeve with Matt too.

Hey, thanks for yours, it's certainly plausible Martinez could argue her receipt failed to show the return, but with all the inconsistencies of WalMart return practices, it leaves some doubt there.

I personally think it's stupid to carry 3 filled gas cans for a long period of time in a closed trunk in AZ in June, but the truth is some people do stupid things.

I have to go get tractor gas today (I use two 5 gal cans), something I do numerous times for the mowing season. I'm looking forward to the day I won't connect Jodi with what used to be just something I do without thinking about it since I carry the cans in the back of my truck.

I think he has had the information all along. He just couldn't use it until Jodi mentioned it on the stand. Jodi opened the door to the third gas can so now Juan has to go through all the normal legal process to have it admitted and the witnesses added to the list. This is not the same as Discovery. IMO

If he had the information all along, he could have used it in the State's case against Jodi Arias. He didn't know Jodi would testify she returned the can, he's doing a good job at proving she's a liar. I hope he can prove premeditation which the 3rd can of gas will do if he compares gas mileage of that Focus and how she tried to cover her tracks (mileage) to AZ before she got there. And like most of you, I think he'll prove she had the gas and try to prove premeditation because who attempts to go somewhere undetected except for illicit purpose?
