If he had the information all along, he could have used it in the State's case against Jodi Arias. He didn't know Jodi would testify she returned the can, he's doing a good job at proving she's a liar. I hope he can prove premeditation which the 3rd can of gas will do if he compares gas mileage of that Focus and how she tried to cover her tracks (mileage) to AZ before she got there. And like most of you, I think he'll prove she had the gas and try to prove premeditation because who attempts to go somewhere undetected except for illicit purpose?

Jodi thinks she has got things over on Juan. There are many things that he has gotten her to admit to. She probably goes back to her cell, wishing and hoping she really did have memory loss. Jodi opened the door on her own to the knife. No one asked her when she said then I remember hearing the knife cling on the floor. Well whoops, now people are going to question you, even the jury was smart enough to hear her say two different things about the knife. Just the same as the holster, no one asked about a holster and she blurted that out. Her attorneys were probably shocked to hear that testimony and thought great how are you going to explain that?

If you think about it, the defense is their own worst enemy. They used Jodi, who keeps flapping her lips to no end with stuff no one even asked about. She is offering up all kinds of things to use against herself.

The defense once again , just like they did in introducing this guy and did not give the prosecution the new evidence. They did not hand over allot of pictures from the crime scene. Pictures were of the knives. One block had 2 knives missing, and 2 knives in the dishwasher.

I was watching Nancy Grace Mystery.

Holy smoke, the defense did not give the prosecution more crime scene photo's, which included all the knifes and the dish washer. The block showed 2 slots empty. There were two knives in the dishwasher. There were other pictures as well. Problem with turning it over now, would be that it could be declared a mistrial.

So my hope is through all this , is that the jury believes Juan Martinez.

Well, this isn't the first time Nancy Grace has been wrong even in the face of common sense. The forensics team took these photos, that means they belong to the State, not the defense so it's kinda hard to see how the defense failed to turn over evidence (that hasn't even been entered into the trial yet).

They may never come in. How come the DT doesn't know that own expert has issues that Juan, I am sure will bring up. Just like the defense spliced the taped conversation together. The is trying to do what ever it can to help themselves.

I must have been in the fog because I don't remember the hair dye either ... Was JA questioned about it? ... Did JM bring attention to it? ... Hmmm ... I just remember him talking about the gas cans ... I guess I need to pay better attention ...

The receipt only gave numbers, and some one called walmart and said it was sunscreen.

In her testimony, Jodi clearly stated she returned the gas can and got cash. Does anyone know how she paid for the gas can? Does Walmart do cash returns for credit or debit card purchases?
