I recently got an action figure of an X-Men character named Havok and I first fell in love with him when he was gonna be featured in the Marvel Strike Force app and I would like to know more about him. I learned that Havok's real name is Alexander or Alex Summers and that he's Cyclops's brother. Is Havok a villain of the X-Men and is he more famous than his brother Cyclops "Scott Summers? When I first saw Havok he reminded me of The Orkin Man from the classic Orkin Pest Control commercials and the power Havok has is similar to his brother's except his power beam comes from his chest. After learning about Havok and Lucas Till Lucas Till and Havok have replaced Jeremy Renner and Hawkeye as my crushes now

Havok is indeed the brother of Cyclops. He is not a villain, but has been known to be a bit of a hothead and clash with the team proper at times. He was one of the first new characters to come to the team after the original 5, along with Polaris. He and Polaris have sometimes been an item. He has powers to shoot blasts of "cosmic" style power, commonly used in Marvel Comics. I've honestly generally liked him better than Cyclops, especially since they've made Cyke into such a jerk in the comic books recently (well, for the past like 30 years or so). Havok is at least still semi-respectable.

Havok is the crush of Polaris in the X-Men? I didn't even know that and this was interesting to know. Did Havok and Polaris ever get married too? I think Havok is cool and he deserves to be more popular of the X-Men characters

I don't think they ever got married or anything. Comic books always go through ups and downs with characters and things can change dramatically. I haven't followed X-Men comics closely in years (as they have not been any good for a long time). I can speak to th "classic" incarnations though.
