IMO there is plenty of space to move the coffee table. If you plan to leave the bed open you could move it more into the corner, on the other side of the chair.

I wouldn't be surprised if the sofa beds do not become murphy beds in the alternate studios (X115) with the room layout and all the extra windows on those walls.

Hi all, just returned from a two week stay at CCV and stayed in refurbished room 7114. Can confirm there was a Murphy bed. Unfortunately I didn’t take any photos that show it specifically.

I think the latest post I saw said they were working on the 3rd floor? Does that still seem to be the case? Have a standard studio booked in the middle of Aug and just wondering what the chances of it being refurbished are since all but a few are on the first floor I’m thinking not great
