New castle! took a little bit of both. What do we think?

Thanks deary. She now is very excited about her stardom with you ladies!Awesome sketches!! I love the final one!
AND PS SUPER CUTE KITTY
Oh no, I missed a lot!
I love the castle drawing! It is so awesome you are incorporating your creativity into your wedding! The flower girl necklace is so adorable, I really want one for myself(but seriously, it is awesome). Your cat is adorable, it looks like mine, and uh, I now NEED to have a cat taco toy. I also love your inspiration board....it's so much easier to grasp how things will look when they are all put together!
The new castle looks great! I know what you mean, my DF is not very interested in most of the wedding details either. He just wants it to look nice, but whatever I want is fine. As he says, it's really my opinion that matters. Smart boy!
I'm not crazy about veils either, but I feel like they are traditional and look nice during the ceremony. I liked the one you picked, but you should go try some in person to get an idea of the length and style you want. I'm pretty short so the fingertip length was too overwhelming on me, but I wouldn't have known that without trying some first. The Ebay prices are great though, so I would probably order from them since you won't be wearing the veil that much.
The new castle looks great!
That necklace is gorgeous. It will look nice with your dress. As far as the veil goes, I say wear what ever you feel comfortable with, not what he wants you to where.
I think the invites are a good start and will look better in the colors they are meant to be. I like the idea of etching the castle, maybe if the paper you wanted won't work, you can still use the paper for the pocket and do the etching on a different paper and attach it to the pocket.![]()
Or if the etching doesn't work, which I hope it does because it would look awesome, you could stamp it on with a linoleum block. That way you could still use your paper.
Love the necklace too!![]()
The necklace is beautiful! I like it both ways, that's a hard decision to make on how to wear it.
I agree, it's a good start but I think you need to do a mock-up with the actual materials to get a better idea. I'm really bad at visualizing these things. I'm not sure where you're getting materials from but at cards and pockets you can get samples just so you can get a better idea.
It will definitely depend on how it looks with the dress, but they are two beautiful options to have.
Yeah, all of theirs are the half fold front. Even if you don't use them, if your place can't give you samples, you can order cardstock samples and invitation mats from them so you can put a mock-up together. It makes such a difference to be able to see it in the real materials. Lol, yeah I do things to show DF too, but he still doesn't really get it most of the time, I'm still trying to explain to him why we needed the cricut!![]()
I love that last necklace you posted!! Very pretty!
Have you checked out cards and pockets? We are doing about 40 invites for less than $100. We got the supplies from them and are cutting them ourselves and printing on a home printer. I like the castle though!
Thanks dear. Cards and pockets is def an option. I just have it in my silly head that i need to make them. which is a bit silly. but this is how i am. haha. It is my back up plan! My mom might come this weekend and convince me that I should buy them. we will see! haha.
